Chapter 1
Don't Go Into The Woods

One day in Normal Valley Rosalina is hanging out with her best friend Michaela the daughter of the Mayor, her husband Giovanni and her 3 year old daugther Kimberly just by the woods. Michaela sighed. Rosalina looked at Michaela.
ROSALINA: What's wrong Michaela?
MICHAELA: I want to happy like you are.
ROSALINA: You have had lots of boyfriends and none of them were the one.
MICHAELA: No, they weren't because my father picked them out for me.
ROSALINA: Have you ever told that you him this?
MICHAELA: No, I haven't and I can't because he never listens to me when I try to tell him something.
Kimberly suddenly spotted someone the woods and she walked off without anyone knowing. Rosalina suddenly looked around and noticed that Kimberly is nowhere to be found.
ROSALINA: Where did Kimberly?
GIOVANNI: She was here a few minutes ago dear.
MICHAELA: You don't think she went into the woods?
ROSALINA: I don't know.
All of a sudden they seen movement in the woods. Rosalina started to cry and Giovanni pulled her close him. All of a sudden a hooded figure stepped out the woods holding Kimberly in his arms. Rosalina screamed. The hooded figured removed his hood to reveal a handsome under the hood. Michaela took one look at the man and fell madly in love with her. The man noticed Michaela and fell madly in love with her.
MAESTRO: Does this little girl belong to you?
ROSALINA: Yes, she does and her name is Kimberly.
Maestro passed Kimberly to Rosalina.
MAESTRO: I found you in the woods.
ROSALINA: Thanks so much for bringing her back.
MAESTRO: What are your names?
ROSALINA: My name is Rosalina.
GIOVANNI: My name is Giovanni and I'm Rosalina's husband.
ROSALINA: The little girl that you found in the woods is mine and Giovanni's 3 year old daugther Kimberly.
Maestro turned to Michaela.
MAESTRO: What's your name beautiful?
Michaela blushed a little.
MICHAELA: My name is Michaela and I'm the daugther the Mayor.
MAESTRO: My name is Maestro and I live up at Somewhere Else.
MICHAELA: All by yourself.
MAESTRO: No, I'm not by myself.
MICHAELA: That's good than.l
Maestro seen the Mayor coming.
MAESTRO: I better go because he comes the Mayor and I don't think he likes me.
Maestro ran off. The Mayor suddenly appeared.
MAYOR: Where were talking that strange man?
ROSALINA: Kimberly wondered into the woods and he bought her back.
MAYOR: I don't want any of you need him because he's strange, a freak and weirdo.
ROSALINA: Well I don't think he is because he could have hurt my daughter but he didn't.
Giovanni put his arm around Rosalina. The Mayor shook his head and walked off. Michaela sighed.
MICHAELA: I'm so glad that my father is gone.
ROSALINA: Why would you say that?
MICHAELA: I wanted to tell you something without him around.
ROSALINA: What is that?
MICHAELA: I'm in love with Maestro but since my father doesn't like him I know that he won't approve.
GIOVANNI: What are you going to about it?
MICHAELA: I'm going to see him at Somewhere Else.
ROSALINA: What do I tell your father if he comes back looking for you?
MICHAELA: Tell him that I went for a long walk.
Rosalina nodded her head. Michaela took off towards Somewhere Else. Michaela reached the gate
All of a sudden the gates opened automatically and Michaela walked through the gate and up to the house. Then she came to the front door and it too opened automatically and she walked in. She came to this opened door but when she got close it closed on her. Then she came to another door and it opened to reveal a huge room that looked sort of like a big ballroom. She walked in and was looking around and then all of a sudden the door closes and it makes her jump a little than a black bird flies by her and that too makes her jump than all of a sudden she sees this dark figure walk into the door way and then a light flashes and she sees that dark figure. Then when the light flashes again that dark figure isn't there and she walks closer to the door and then a few minutes later the light flashes and Michaela sees a skeleton face and it makes her jump a little. A few seconds later the skeleton face was just a mask and it has been removed to reveal the Maestro behind the skeleton mask.
MAESTRO: (as he removes the skeleton mask from his face) Did I scare you beautiful?
MICHAELA: Just a little.
MAESTRO: I'm sorry I didn't mean to scare you like that.
MICHAELA: No it's fine. Besides I like to get scared.
MAESTRO: Really you do?
MICHAELA: Yes, yes I really do.
MAESTRO: Why is that?
MICHAELA: It's fun to get scared.
MAESTRO: What are you doing here?
MICHAELA: I had to see you again.
MAESTRO: Why?
MICHAELA: There's something I need to tell you.
Maestro lead Michaela to a couch and they both sat down.
Michaela took a deep breath.
MICHAELA: I'm in love with you.
MAESTRO: That's good to know because I'm also in love with you.
MICHAELA: My father can't find out about us because I know for a fact that he won't approve of it.
Maestro nodded his head than pulled Michaela and kissed her. A few hours later Michaela is her bed dreaming about Maestro. Maestro is his bed dreaming about Michaela. Rosalina is sleeping in Giovanni's embrace.

Chapter 2
Town Mob

It's been a few days since Michaela and Maestro. They have secretly dating behind the Mayor's back. The only ones that know are Rosalina and Giovanni. Michaela is hanging out with Rosalina, Giovanni and Kimberly just outside town hall.
KIMBERLY: Maestro.
ROSALINA: I think she wants to see him again.
MICHAELA: I do too.
Giovanni looked at Kimberly.
GIOVANNI: Where do you want to see again princess?
KIMBERLY: I never thanked him for taking me back to you.
Rosalina laughed. The Mayor walked over with the townspeople.
MICHAELA: What do you want father?
MAYOR: We are going up to Somewhere Else tomorrow to get rid of the freak that lives there.
MICHAELA: Father, I wish you'd stop saying because he's a good person and if wasn't he would have brought Kimberly back.
MAYOR: Michaela, I can't believe.
MICHAELA: Well believe it dad.
The Mayor shook his head than left.
ROSALINA: You should go warn him.
MICHAELA: I was just thinking that.
ROSALINA: Don't worry I'll cover for you.
Michaela hugged Rosalina. Michaela took off into the woods and up to Someplace Else. A few minutes later Michaela was in Maestro's mansion.
MAESTRO: Michaela, dear what brings you here so soon?
MICHAELA: (with tears in her eyes) Oh, baby, I just had to come and see you.
MAESTRO: (as he wipes the tears from her face) What's wrong? What's with the tears?
MICHAELA: My father is coming here with the whole town tomorrow and I'm afraid of what he might do to you.
MAESTRO: Don't worry about a thing, angel. I know just how to handle this.
MICHAELA: What are you going to do?
MAESTRO: Come with your father tomorrow and you will see.
MICHAELA: Oh, ok. I will, I promise.
MAESTRO: I love you.
Michaela was caught off guard when he told her that he loves her.
MICHAELA: I-I-I-I-I just can't say it right now.
MAESTRO: That's ok. I did kind of catch you off guard when I said that. You can tell me when you're ready.
MICHAELA: Thanks, baby.
MAESTRO: You're welcome, angel.
A few minutes later Maestro gave Michaela a passionate good-bye kiss and Michaela went home. Michaela suddenly she heard Rosalina talking to Giovanni.
MICHAELA: Where are they?
The Mayor walked over.
MAYOR: Who are you talking about?
MICHAELA: My best friend and her husband.
MAYOR: They are their place.
Michaela gasped than ran off to Rosalina's place. Rosalina seen Michaela coming and opened the door.
ROSALINA: What's wrong?
MICHAELA: I was just coming back from seeing Maestro and I heard you talking to Giovanni.
GIOVANNI: How could you hear us from that far away?
MICHAELA: It must have been from the passionate good-bye kiss that Maestro gave me when I went to see him.
ROSALINA: Wow, that's cool.
The next day the Mayor calls a town meeting.
MAYOR: Everyone, I called this meeting because tonight we are going to go to Someplace Else and make that freak leave town.
MICHAELA: YOU CAN'T DO THAT, FATHER!
MAYOR: Yes, I can and don't you raise your voice at me young lady.
MICHAELA: Just please leave him alone, father. He hasn't hurt anyone.
Later that night the townspeople were marching up to Someplace Else. They soon got to the gate of Someplace Else.
KENDALL: Why don't we just leave him alone?
LEONARD: He hasn't hurt anybody. Can't we just go.
SETH: (as he hits his brother) It's your fault jerk, just couldn't keep your mouth shut.
HEATHER: (as she hits Seth) He did the right thing.
MAYOR: He's a weirdo. There's no place in this town for weirdos.
Michaela is shaking her head at what her father said. Then the gate open up by themselves.
DANTE: See, (stuttering) that isn't a good sign.
Everyone walks forward and up to the front doors and they too open up by themselves.
LEONARD: Just like last time it's the ghost.
SETH: (as he hits his brother) Shut up!
HEATHER: (as she hits Seth) Don't hit your brother.
EDWINA: There's no such thing as ghosts, honey.
MAYOR: I'm going to prove it to you kid. Let's go.
They walk inside.
AMY: Did anyone call and make sure this is a good time? Maybe we should come back later.
SHAWNETTE: Yeah, like when it's light out. You know like daytime.
They continue to walk inside and pass a grand staircase. The front doors shut by themselves which makes them jump. They soon feel a bit of a breeze.
DANTE: Oh, damn.
They continue to walk further inside and come across some doors which shut by themselves. They come to another set of doors which open up to a grand ballroom. They walk into the grand ballroom and the wind blows some open doors shut. Then a crow flies by them making them jump.
PAT: What was that?
They then see something walk into the next room. Lightening flashes revealing a shadowy figure. The lightening flashes again and the shadowy figure has disappeared. They all walk closer to where they saw that shadowy figure. The lightening flashes again to reveal a skeleton face and it was scaring everyone. The skeleton figure walks closer to them. The skeleton figure removed the skeleton mask to reveal just his eyes and everyone sighed with relief.
MAESTRO: (as he removes the mask completely showing the rest of his face) Did I scare ya?
Some of them shook their heads yes, but still a little scared.
KENDALL: That's him mom.
EDWINA: I see.
KENDALL: That's the guy.
LEONARD: Hi.
SETH: Sorry.
MAYOR: No you didn't scare me. Maybe you scared them, but you didn't scare me.
MAESTRO: Well that's too bad isn't it? I guess I have to try harder next time.
MAYOR: There won't be a next time.
MAESTRO: (as he puts his skeleton mask down) Oh, really.
MAYOR: (sarcastically) Oh, really.
MAESTRO: (as he takes his black cloak off) No, next time, huh. Why is that?
MAYOR: We want you out of town.
MICHAELA: Father, stop!!!
The Mayor slapped his daughter on the face. Maestro was getting a little bit mad.
MAYOR: We have a nice normal town, normal people, normal kids, we don't need freaks like you telling any ghost stories.
MAESTRO: So you don't believe in ghosts?
KENDALL: I do.
SHAWNETTE: Me, too.
EDWINA: Hush up. You see what you've done. Aren't you a shame? Young people are impressionable.
LEONARD: Show them the neat stuff you did for us?
SETH: (as he hits his brother) Shut up that's suppose to be a secret.
HEATHER: (as she hits Seth) Don't hit your brother.
Heather all of a sudden gets hit herself but no one touched her.
MAYOR: You're weird, you're strange and I don't like you.
MICHAELA: Father he's not strange or weird.
MAYOR: (as he slaps his daughter and she falls to the ground) That's enough from you young lady.
Michaela struggled to get up but she couldn't.
MAESTRO: That's it I'm getting grumpy now.
MICHAELA: (telepathically to Maestro) Maestro help me.
MAESTRO: (telepathically to Michaela) I will, but let me deal with your father right now.
MICHAELA: (telepathically to Maestro) Oh ok.
The whole time Maestro is trying to scare the Mayor, Michaela is still lying down on the ground not moving and Maestro is trying hard not to help her even though he wants to, but he knows that he can't until after he tries and scares the Mayor.
MAYOR: You're scaring these kids. Living up here all alone.
MAESTRO: I'm not alone. You're right I do like scaring people. Yes but it's just for fun. Don't you kids enjoy when I do my (as he twirls his hands in circles) you know?
The kids shake their heads yes.
MAYOR: Well, the fun's over. Back to the circus you freak. And do yourself a favor, ok. Don't force us to get rough with you, because we will if we have to.
TOWNSPEOPLE: I'm not going to hurt anybody.
MAESTRO: You're trying scare me, aren't you? I, tell you what, we'll play a game. Anybody here like games? Hello? (claps his hands) Game time!
SETH: Yes.
MAESTRO: The first person that gets scared has to leave. How about that?
AMY: I'll go, please.
MAYOR: I don't play games with freaks.
MAESTRO: There's no need to be rude.
AMY: Yes I agree there's no need to be rude. You have a very lovely home, and I'm afraid we over stayed our welcome so we're going to go ok can we go.
Maestro snaps his fingers making her stop talking.
MAYOR: Are you going to leave? Or am I going to have to hurt you?
KENDALL: We're not going to hurt him.
DANTE: I'm not going to hurt anybody.
MAESTRO: You are trying to scare me. I guess I have no choice, guess I have to scare you. Watch this.
He turns around with his back towards them and then he turns to face them.
MAESTRO: *phew* Tell me, do you think this is scary? (laughs)
He makes a funny face and the townspeople started laughing.
SETH: That's it.
MAYOR: That's ridiculous!
Everyone continues laughing.
MAYOR: That's not funny!
MAESTRO: Ok, fine what about this one?
He turns his face away from them, then he makes another funny face. Everyone laughs again.
HEATHER: Is that it?
MAESTRO: Did that scare you?
MAYOR: Did you hear what I said, freaky boy? It's time for you to go.
MAESTRO: Is this scary?
Maestro pulls his face sideways, everyone gets scared. Then he pulls his face down and stretches his mouth.
LEONARD: WHOA!
Maestro ultimately pulls off his face to reveal his skull and laughing maniacally. The frightened townspeople run for the doors, but Maestro shuts them with his magical powers, then he smashes his skull with his fists, revealing his normal head. Dante cries a little.
MAESTRO: Are we going somewhere? Hello? (laughs) It's too late. You're my guests. And by the way, did I tell you I wasn't alone?
Maestro points his right hand towards a set of doors they open up and scary music is heard.
MAESTRO: Meet the family.
He then introduces them to his family of ghouls who joins him in some dance routines. A few minutes later he starts sing "2 Bad."
MAESTRO: (singing) Told me that you're doin' wrong

Then the ghouls are running all over the place and flipping off the walls and stuff. A few minutes later they walk up the walls and flip on to the ceiling and now they are walking on the ceiling. Then the Mayor and Maestro gives each other a dirty look. Maestro stops the ghouls and they flip off of the ceiling and float gently down to the ground. Then Maestro tears his skin off to reveal his skeleton. Then he as the skeleton starts dancing like Michael Jackson.

Then the skeleton walks up to the Mayor grabs his tie and pulls him forward then he spins to a ledge high above the ground and then he has two ghouls fly at the Mayor trying to scare him but that didn't work. Then all the ghouls turn around to face the Mayor and everyone else and they were all getting scared and then they dropped to the ground and started hitting their foot on the floor and then the ghouls fell on to their backs and then they sat up and started doing some dances which were making the townspeople scared and then they started going towards the Mayor and then the skeleton snapped his fingers to make the ghouls stop and then he spun around in the air and turned into a Superghoul.
MAESTRO: Are you scared yet? (laughs evilly)
Then he goes inside the Mayor and started making him dance like Michael Jackson but the Mayor refused at first but then he started dancing like Michael Jackson.

Then the ghouls disappeared. All of a sudden Maestro's hand pops out of the Mayor holding a mirror and the Mayor looked in the mirror and then he took off his glasses then the Mayor turned into a ghoul himself.
MAYOR: Who's scary now? Who's the freak now? Freaky boy! Freak circus freak! Who's scary?
The townspeople were getting scared and then the Mayor laughs evilly.
MAYOR: Who's weird now?
Then the Mayor dropped the mirror and Maestro flew out of the Mayor and then the Mayor stumble a little and put his glasses back on and then when he looked up he saw Maestro standing in front of him. Maestro then walked to were he was facing everyone and then he took a bow.
MAESTRO: So, you still want me to go?
The kids were shaking their heads no.
MAYOR: YES! YES!
MAESTRO: Then fine, I'll go.
Just then Michaela was coming to and she told Maestro telepathically that she didn't want him to go and he told her that he has no choice. Maestro went to the ground and smashed his hand against the floor and then he stood up on his knees and then he smashed his other hand against the floor and then he smashed his face against the floor.
MICHAELA: (telepathically to Maestro) No, Maestro don't go.
MAESTRO: (telepathically to Michaela) I'm sorry.
Then Maestro was just lying there and then his whole body turned to dust and the wind was blowing it all away. Soon as he was gone Michaela screamed out.
MICHAELA: MAESTRO, COME BACK!
The townspeople just stood there looking at the spot where Maestro was lying.
MAYOR: Good, riddance.
MICHAELA: Father!
MAYOR: Let's go.
MICHAELA: No, father.
MAYOR: Let's go.
The townspeople looked at the Mayor and then back to where Maestro was lying and now they see Michaela there on her knees. To their surprise Michaela was crying.
MICHAELA: (crying) I may never see him again.
Then she took out a picture of him that he had given her two and a half months ago.
After Michaela sang that song her father was getting angry.
MAYOR: Let's go.
MICHAELA: Guys if my father runs past you stop him before he escapes.
MAYOR: (as he walks up to the door and was about to open it) Showed that freak.
Then when he opened the door a huge demonlike head of Maestro popped out.
MAESTRO: HELLO!!!!!!!!!!!
That made the Mayor fall on his butt and then he got scared and tried to run away but the townspeople did what they were told to do by Michaela and they stopped him.
MAYOR: Let me go.
MICHAELA: No, father.
MAYOR: Please.
MICHAELA: Father it's about time you and everyone else knew the truth.
MAYOR: What's that?
MICHAELA: I'll tell you later.
Then everyone turned around and saw Maestro standing in the doorway.
MAESTRO: (walks up to them) Did I scare ya?
The townspeople were talking all at once and saying different things.
MAESTRO: But, did we have a good time here? (awkward silence) HELLO?
The townspeople were saying that they did have a good time. Maestro laughs. Then all of a sudden something walked up behind Maestro.
MAESTRO: What? (whispers) What?
The townspeople pointed behind him and then he turned around slowly and what he saw scared him.
LEONARD: (pulling the skeleton mask from his face) Did I scare ya?
The townspeople started laughing when they saw who it was.
MAESTO: No. Well, maybe. How about that maybe?
KENDALL: Yes.
Maestro laughs. Then he helps Leonard off of Kendall's shoulders.
SETH: Excuse me?
MAESTRO: Huh?
SETH: Excuse me, yeah. Um, (gives an evil grin) is this scary?
He grabs his mouth and then everyone started screaming. After all the scaring was done. Michaela ran up to Maestro and gave him a passionate hug.
MICHAELA: (as she runs up and hugs him passionately) Oh, Maestro. I thought I'd never see you again.
MAESTRO: Yeah I know.
MAYOR: Stop hugging him this instant, Michaela!
MICHAELA: No, father, I won't.
MAYOR: Why is that?
Michaela didn't answer her father instead she turned and gave Maestro a passionate kiss on the lips in front of the townspeople and her father. When they all saw that they couldn't believe what they were seeing.
MAYOR: Michaela stop kissing him at once.
Michaela and Maestro broke their kiss and Michaela turned to face her father.
MICHAELA: Father, I won't.
MAYOR: Yes you will.
MICHAELA: Says who?
MAYOR: Says me.
MICHAELA: Why should I do as you say?
MAYOR: One, I'm your father. Two, I'm the Mayor and three, well I'm your father.
MICHAELA: Yeah so. Just because you're my father that doesn't mean I always have to listen to you all the time.
MAYOR: Now get away from him at once!
MICHAELA: No, I don't want to. I lost him once and I'm not going to to lose him again.
MAYOR: Do you think that I care?
MICHAELA: Well no not at all, but it's not what you want is about what I want.
MAYOR: What is it that you want?
MICHAELA: I want you to leave Maestro alone.
MAYOR: I will once he leaves town.
MICHAELA: If he leaves town then I'm going with him.
MAYOR: Oh, no you're not.
MICHAELA: Oh, yes I am.
MAYOR: No, you're not.
MICHAELA: Try and stop me father.
MAESTRO: I can't believe you're his daughter.
MICHAELA: Well, I can't believe it either.
MAYOR: Why is that?
MICHAELA: Well for one you and I are nothing alike, father.
MAESTRO: (telepathically to Michaela) Yeah, especially in your appearance.
MICHAELA: (telepathically to Maestro) What do you mean by that?
MAESTRO: (telepathically to Michaela) Well he's fat and you're not.
MICHAELA: (telepathically to Maestro) Well you have a point there.
Michaela and Maestro started laughing a little.
MAYOR: What's so funny?
MICHAELA: MYOB, father.
MAYOR: MYOB?
MAESTRO: Yeah, that means mind your own business.
MAYOR: I think not.
MICHAELA: Why is that father?
MAYOR: Well, Michaela your business is my business.
MICHAELA: Oh, I think not.
Maestro pulls Michaela close and kissed her passionately. Michaela's father was watching them kiss and he is still not happy with his only daughter kissing what he calls a freak, a weirdo. Rosalina looked the Mayor.
ROSALINA: Mayor, she's more like a sister than a best friend to me and I've never ever seen her this happy before.
MAYOR: How can she be happy with a freak?
Michaela and Maestro stopped kissing.
MICHAELA: I'm happy because he's not someone that you picked out for me.
MAYOR: I picked out your boyfriends because I want someone normal for you.
MICHAELA: Well I don't want some normal because I love Maestro.
MAESTRO: You do?
Michaela nodded her head.
MICHAELA: Yes, yes I do.
MAESTRO: How would like to move in here with me?
MAYOR: No, no definitely not because I won't allow it.
MICHAELA: It's not your choice father it's mine and I'd be honor to move with him because it beats living with you.
Mayor's mouth drop open in shock.
MAYOR: I'm father and your only family.
MICHAELA: No, you're not anymore because Maestro is my family and the only I want to be with.
Kimberly walked over to Maestro.
KIMBERLY: Thank you.
MAESTRO: For what?
KIMBERLY: Taking me back my parents the other day.
MAESTRO: You are quite welcome Kimberly and I knew they were worried about you especially your mother.
Michaela looked at Maestro.
MICHAELA: Why did you kiss me so passionately the other day when I left?
MAESTRO: I just felt like it.
The Mayor went to grabbed Michaela away from Maestro. Maestro spun around and turned into a Super Ghoul again.
SUPER GHOUL: Don't every think about it or I'll have to hurt you.
The Mayor screamed than ran away and threw the window. The Super Ghoul turned back into Maestro.
MICHAELA: That was so cool.
MAESTRO: I don't think we have to worry about your father anymore.
MICHAELA: That's good and I'm going to make him see how I much I need you if it's the last thing I do.
MAESTRO: How much do you me?
MICHAELA: I need you more than anyone I ever need before.
Maestro smiled and pulled Michaela into his arms. A few hours later Michaela is sleeping Maestro's embrace. Rosalina is sleeping Giovanni's embrace.
