Chapter 1
Falling Into You

Robbie Ray is just coming back from his date with his current girlfriend Bethany. Miley is watching TV when her father comes in from his date.
“How was you’re date dad?” Miley asked.
“It wasn’t that great bud because Bethany and I broke up.” Robbie Ray answered.
“This is seventh girlfriend that you have broken up with in the last two weeks.” Miley said.
“Yeah I know that and I also know why it’s happening too.” Robbie Ray replied.
“Why is that dad?” Miley asked.
“It’s happening because I can’t seem to win the one woman over that I want.” Robbie Ray answered.
“Who’s that dad?” Miley asked.
“I’d rather not say bud.” Robbie Ray answered as he walks out on the back patio.
Heather is out her back patio leaning over the railing look at the ocean. Heather smiles than starts sing “Somebody To Love” by Anne Hathaway.

Robbie Ray can’t believe his ears.
“Wow she has such an amazing singing voice.” Robbie Ray thinks to himself.
Lilly comes out on the back patio.
“I haven’t heard you sing in the longest time mom.” Lilly said.
“Well I really never had a reason to sing until now.” Heather replied.
“Can I go to Miley’s house?” Lilly asked.
“Yeah sure of course as long as you stay to hi to them for me.” Heather answered.
“Why don’t you come with me mom?” Lilly asked.
“I don’t feel like it Lilly so maybe some other time.” Heather answered.
Lilly smiles than starts walking next to door to Miley’s house.
“Oh Lilly I'd go with you believe if wasn’t for my feelings Robbie Ray. I know that if I did go I won’t be able to control my feelings and I probably end up doing something that I’ll regret.” Heather said.
Lilly reaches Miley’s door and knocks on it. Robbie Ray answers the door.
“How can I help you Lilly?” Robbie Ray asked.
“I came to see my best friend Mr. Stewart.” Lilly answered.
Robbie Ray lets Lilly in just as Miley comes into the hallway. Miley hugs Lilly.
“My mother says hi to all of you.” Lilly said.
Robbie Ray just smiled.
“Why didn’t she come with you?” Miley asked.
“I don’t know because she won’t tell me and the only thing she told me was she didn’t feel like it.” Lilly answered.
“It’s a good thing that she didn’t come Lilly because if she was here I don’t know if I could handle myself and I’d probably up kissing her or something else. I love Heather so much but to tell is definitely out of the question because what it she doesn’t feel the same way back than I would feel like a complete fool.” Robbie Ray thinks to himself.
Miley noticed her father deep in thought. Miley looked at her father.
“What are you thinking about dad?” Miley asked.
“Oh it’s nothing bud.” Robbie Ray answered.
All of a sudden there’s a knock at the door. Robbie Ray walked over to the door and opened it to find Heather standing there.
“What are you doing over here?” Robbie Ray asked.
“I was sitting home all by myself and I got bored so I decided to come over here after all.” Heather answered.
“Well ok. Come on in Heather.” Robbie Ray said.
Robbie Ray and Heather walk into the house together. Lilly sees her mother than hugs her.
“What made you change your mind mom?” Lilly asked.
“It got really boring at home by myself.” Heather answered.
Heather is wearing a pink/black short wrap around, a pink halter top with a matching little coat and pink sandals. Robbie Ray sighs deeply.
“She really knows how tease with my emotions. I just want to go over there and kiss when she looks that good. Oh Robbie Ray control yourself.” Robbie Ray thought to himself.
Heather winked at Robbie Ray making him whimper in fear. Heather just laughed.
“What are you guys having for supper?” Lilly asked.
“I’m not sure yet Lilly because I haven’t figured that out.” Robbie Ray answered.
Heather walked by Robbie Ray and smileed at him. Robbie Ray gets an angry look than takes Heather’s hand and goes to beck patio with her.
“Why are we out here?” Heather asked.
“If you are going to stay here I would really appreciate if you stop flirting with me because all it’s doing is making it harder for me to control myself around you.” Robbie Ray answered.
Robbie Ray goes to leave.
“What do you mean?” Heather asked.
“Never mind.” Robbie Ray answered.
It suddenly dawns on Heather that Robbie Ray likes her.
“Are you in love with me?” Heather asked.
“I don’t have answer that.” Robbie Ray answered as he walked inside.
Heather just stands there with a look of shocked on her face.
“Wow, he is love with me.” Heather thought to herself.
Heather walks inside than sits on the couch and sighed deeply. Robbie Ray gets a worried look. Lilly walks over than sits next to her mother on the couch. Heather sighed deeply again.
“Are you ok mom?” Lilly asked.
“No Lilly I’m not ok.” Heather answered.
Robbie Ray gets an even more worried look.
“Oh please not my Heather.” Robbie Ray said to himself.
“What’s wrong Mrs. Truscott?” Miley asked.
“I’m not really sure Miley.” Heather answered.
Robbie Ray sighs.
“I wished that I could do something to make her feel better but I can’t with Miley, Jackson and Lilly here.” Robbie Ray said.
Miley looks at her father. All of a sudden the doorbell rings. Robbie Ray walked over to and opened to the door to find Aunt Dolly standing on the other side.
“Hi Robbie Ray.” Aunt Dolly said.
Robbie Ray smiled. Aunt Dolly walked into the house and Miley hugged her.
“It’s good to see you Aunt Dolly.” Miley said.
Aunt Dolly noticed how pale Heather is than she walked over and sits down next to her.
“Heather, you look terrible.” Aunt Dolly said.
“Yeah I know that and I feel worse.” Heather replied.
Aunt Dolly suddenly noticed that worried look on Robbie Ray’s face. Aunt Dolly takes him out of earshot.
“What’s with the worried look?” Aunt Dolly asked.
“I’m worried about Heather that’s all.” Robbie Ray answered.
Aunt Dolly smiled.
“Are you in love with Heather?” Aunt Dolly asked.
“Yes I am but please don’t tell anyone. “ Robbie Ray answered.
“Since when are you in love with your daughter’s best friend’s mother?” Aunt Dolly asked.
“It was after her and her husband divorced because I felt so bad for her than before I knew it I was heading over heals in love with her.” Robbie Ray answered.
“Wow.” Aunt Dolly said.
“I need to win her over because she’s the one I know she is.” Robbie Ray replied.
“How can you know that?” Aunt Dolly asked.
“I wasn’t sure at first but lately I’ve been having dreams of a future wedding and she’s the one that I’m marrying.” Robbie Ray answered.
“Oh I see.” Aunt Dolly said.
Robbie Ray looks over to where Heather. Heather is still really pale.
“What I’m going to do?” Robbie Ray asked.
“You could make her soup with crackers and a glass of ginger ale.” Aunt Dolly answered.
“That’s a good idea Dolly.” Robbie Ray said.
Robbie Ray walked out the kitchen. Robbie Ray makes a bowl of chicken noodle soup than gets some crackers and pours a glass of ginger ale. Robbie Ray puts into on tray than takes it into the living room and sets on Heather’s lap. Heather looks up at Robbie Ray.
“Thanks Robbie Ray.” Heather replied with a smile.
“You’re welcome and hopefully it will help you feel better.” Robbie Ray said.
Robbie Ray sits down on a chair close by. Heather eats the soup and takes a drink of the ginger ale. Miley and Lilly are upset. Jackson comes into the room and looks at his dad.’
“I’m going to work dad.” Jackson said.
"Ok son.” Robbie Ray replied.
Jackson leaves the house. Robbie Ray gets up than sits next to Heather. Heather looked at Robbie Ray. Heather puts the tray down on the table in front of the couch than lays her head on Robbie Ray’s shoulder. Robbie Ray just smiled. Heather looked up into his gorgeous green eyes and smiled. Their heads get closer and closer until their foreheads are touching. Robbie Ray kisses Heather very passionately. Heather gasped. They kiss for what seems forever than they hear footsteps on the stairs and they break their kiss. Robbie Ray moved to end of the couch just as Lilly and Miley come into the living room.
“How are you feeling mom?” Lilly asked.
“I’m feeling a whole lot better.” Heather answered.
“That’s good to hear.” Lilly said.
“We should be getting home now Lilly.” Heather replied.
Heather and Lilly go to leave.
“Are you still going to the parent/staff meeting tomorrow night?” Robbie Ray asked.
“Yeah of course I am.” Heather answered.
“We could walk together to keep each other company.” Robbie Ray said.
“That’s a great idea Robbie Ray.” Heather replied.
Heather and Lilly walk home.
“I’m going to watch TV in my room mom.” Lilly said.
Heather nods her head than sits down on the couch and Lilly goes up to his room.
“Wow, Robbie Ray is such an awesome kisser. I wish that we could have kissed him long though because it was amazing.” Heather said to her head.
Heather turned on the CD player to second disc song 4 and presses play. The song “Breathless” by The Corrs started to play and Heather started singing along.

Lilly comes downstairs to where her mother is.
“Why are you singing those songs mom?” Lilly asked.
“I just felt like Lilly.” Heather answered.

Lilly goes back up to her room. Heather lets out a long sigh.
“Yeah right Lilly like I’m going to tell that I was singing those songs for Miley’s father but I will tell when the time is right.” Heather replied.
A few hours pass and Heather goes to bed dreaming of Robbie Ray.

Chapter 2
Please Don’t Go Mom

It’s the next day now and few hours away from the parent/staff meeting. Heather is still longing for Robbie Ray’s kisses and she hasn’t seen him since the day before. Heather really misses Robbie Ray. Lilly is up her room and Heather is up her room getting ready for the parent/staff meeting. Lilly walks by the door on her way to bathroom and when she sees what her mother is wearing her mouth drops open in shock. Heather is wearing a dark blue long dress with low v-neck and blue cork wedges.
“Are you really going to wear that mom?” Lilly asked.
“Yeah I am.” Heather answered.
“Who are you trying to impress?” Lilly asked.
“Oh nobody just the love of my life and the one man that I’m meant to be with.” Heather answered.
“Who’s that?” Lilly asked.
“You’ll find out when the time is right Lilly.” Heather answered.
“I want to know right now mom.” Lilly said.
“No I’m not telling you and that’s final Lilly Jordin Truscott.” Heather yelled.
Heather lets a long sigh.
“Are you okay mom?” Lilly asked.
“Yeah I think so.” Heather answered.
“If you’re not feeling good mom maybe you should stay home.” Lilly said.
Heather smiles a little.
“It’s ok really Lilly and I have an idea why I’m feeling that way I am.” Heather replied.
“Tell me please mom?” Lilly asked.
Heather smiles again.
“The reason I think it because I haven’t seen the love of my life since yesterday and I really miss him so it’s making me sick.” Heather answered.
Heather walks outside just as Robbie Ray comes out of his house wearing a light blue button-down shirt with a pair black fitted jeans and his black leather jacket. Robbie Ray’s eyes widen when he sees what Heather is wearing.
“Wow you look so beautiful.” Robbie Ray said.
“Thanks Robbie Ray and you look very handsome.” Heather replied.
Robbie Ray smiles than they link arms and walk start walking to the school together. Heather starts to shiver a little. Robbie Ray stops than takes off his leather jacket and puts around Heather’s shoulders. Heather just smiles and kisses Robbie Ray on the cheek. They continue walking to the school when they get there they stop holding hands than walk into the library when the meeting is being held. Ms. Karen Kunkle walks over to them.
“I’m so glad that you two you could make it.” Karen said as she smiles a little at Robbie Ray.
Heather gets an angry look on her face. Mr. Corelli walks over to them.
“Well now that everyone is here let’s get this meeting started.” Mr. Corelli said.
The meeting goes on for an hour than it’s over.
“What are we going to do now?” Heather asked.
“I have an idea.” Karen answered.
“What’s that?” Robbie Ray asked.
Karen smiles just a little.
“We could have sing song.” Karen answered.
“That’s a good idea.” Heather said.
“Could I sing three songs?” Robbie Ray asked.
“Yeah sure of course.” Karen answered.
Heather just smiles.
“Oh good. I love it when he sings because he has gorgeous singing voice.” Heather said.
Robbie Ray takes a CD out of his jean pocket of songs that they burn and puts into the CD player. The song “Everything But Mine” by Backstreet Boys starts to play and Robbie Ray starts to sing along with it.

Robbie Ray stops the CD than takes it out. Karen looks over at Heather and notices that she’s blush red. Karen grabs Heather’s hand and takes her out of earshot.
“Why are you blushing?” Karen asked.
“It’s a long story but short version is that I’m madly in love with Robbie Ray.” Heather answered.
Karen can’t believe what she’s hearing.
“Are you serious?” Karen asked.
“I’ve never more serious and when sings it makes get all weak.” Heather answered.
“Does he know you love him?” Karen asked.
“No he doesn’t because I’m afraid to tell him because of our children.” Heather answered.
“Well you shouldn’t wait to long to tell him because it’s not good to keep your feelings locked up inside.” Karen said.
Heather sighs.
“You’re right Karen.” Heather replied.
Karen suddenly notices that jacket that Heather is wearing.
“Where did you get that leather jacket?” Karen asked.
“It belongs to Robbie Ray.” Heather answered.
“How did you end up with it?” Karen asked.
“I got cold on the way so he let me wear to keep warm.” Heather answered.
Robbie Ray walks up behind Heather and wraps his arms around her. Heather just smiles and turns around in Robbie Ray’s arms.
“We need to talk.” Robbie Ray said.
Heather and Robbie Ray go out earshot.
“What did you want to talk about?” Heather asked.
“I wanted to talk about that kiss that we shared yesterday at my house.” Robbie Ray answered.
“Let me guess you want to forget it happened.” Heather said.
Robbie Ray shakes his head.
“No of course not because it was special just like you.” Robbie Ray replied.
“How do you really feeling about Robbie Ray?” Heather asked.
“Well you are amazing beautiful.” Robbie Ray answered.
“That’s not what I mean and you know it now tell the truth.” Heather answered.
“Are you sure you want to know the truth?” Robbie Ray asked.
“Yes I’m sure.” Heather answered.
“The truth that I’m madly in love with you.” Robbie Ray said.
Heather hugs Robbie Ray.
“I’m madly in love with you too.” Heather said.
“Really you are?” Robbie Ray asked.
“Yes really I am.” Heather answered.
Heather and Robbie Ray hug.
“Do you want to go somewhere before we go home?” Robbie Ray asked.
“Yeah I’d like that.” Heather answered.
“Where do you want to go darling?” Robbie Ray asked.
“I was thinking a movie.” Heather answered.
They walk to movie theater. Robbie Ray looks at Heather.
“What movie do you want to see?” Robbie Ray asked.
“I’m not sure just tell me some that are playing.” Heather answered.
“Well there’s Beowulf, The Mist and Awake.” Robbie Ray answered.
“How about The Mist?” Heather asked.
“That’s a scary movie.” Robbie Ray answered.
“Yeah I know that.” Heather said.
“Are you sure that you want to see that movie?” Robbie Ray asked.
“Yes I’m sure.” Heather answered.
Robbie Ray suddenly notices Miley, Oliver and Lilly in the line for tickets.
“Sweet Niblets!” Robbie Ray said.
“Why did you say that?” Heather asked.
“Miley and Lilly are here with Oliver.” Robbie Ray answered.
“What are you we going to do?” Heather asked.
“I don’t know because I really don’t think we should let them find out of us.” Robbie Ray answered.
“Well I’m going to the bathroom and you should get the tickets.” Heather said.
Robbie Ray sighs.
“What do I say if they see me here?” Robbie Ray asked.
“Umm…just tell them that you are here with a friend.” Heather answered.
Robbie Ray looks at Heather.
“That would be lying because you are more than just to friend to me.” Robbie Ray said.
“Really I am?” Heather asked.
“Yes really you are.” Robbie Ray answered.
“What am I to you than?” Heather asked.
“You are my reason for live. The person that can brighten up just by smiling and you are the love of my life.” Robbie Ray answered.
Heather smiles a little than goes into the bathroom and Robbie Ray goes to the line for the tickets. Miley spots her behind them.
“What are you here dad?” Miley asked.
“I’m here with a friend bud.” Robbie Ray answered.
“What friend?” Miley asked.
“I don’t want to discuss that right now.” Robbie Ray answered.
Robbie Ray gets up where they ticket guy is.
“How many I help you this evening sir?” the guy asked.
“I would like two tickets for The Mist.” Robbie Ray answered.
Miley stares at her father.
“You’re on date aren’t you?” Miley asked.
“Umm... No I’m not.” Robbie Ray answered.
“Yes you are dad because the only time you go to see a scary movie is when you are on a date so that why the woman that’s with you can cuddle up to you when she gets scared.” Miley said.
Robbie Ray pays for the tickets than goes to the snack bar just Heather comes behind him.
“What are you getting?” Heather asked.
Robbie Ray passes Heather one of the tickets.
“Whatever you want.” Robbie Ray answered.
Heather looks at the snacks for a few minutes.
“I would like a large box of popcorn with lots of butter, a kit-kit bar and glass of Pepsi.” Heather answered.
Robbie Ray gets everything that Heather said and two straws. They walk into the theater where The Mist is playing. They find a seat in the back than sit down next to each other. Robbie Ray puts the drink in the arm on the chair between them than sets the tray of food on the floor. Robbie Ray grins a little than yawns and puts arm around Heather. Heather looks at Robbie Ray than shakes her head. Heather lays her head on Robbie Ray’s shoulder. The movie starts to play. All of a sudden a scary part comes up. Heather screams and buries her head on Robbie Ray’s shoulder.
“Are you scared darling?” Robbie Ray asked.
“Yeah I am.” Heather answered.
Robbie Ray wraps his arms around Heather. Heather just smiles.
“Do you some popcorn?” Robbie Ray asked.
“Yeah of course I do.” Heather answered.
Robbie Ray picks the box of popcorn off the floor than puts in between them. They start eating out of it. Robbie Ray looks at Heather than leans over and starts to kiss her passionately. Heather just smiles. A few minutes pass and they break apart.
“Has anyone ever told that you are an awesome kisser?” Heather asked.
“Nope nobody’s told me that until now.” Robbie Ray answered.
They both take a sip of the pop at the same time. A few hours pass and the movie is over now. Robbie Ray gets to his feet than helps Heather up. They go for a long walk on the beach holding hands and kissing. All of a suddenly Heather trips over a rock and falls to the sand holding her ankle.
“Owe my ankle.” Heather said.
Heather tries to get up but she can’t. Robbie Ray kneels down on the sand.
“Here jump on my back and I’ll give you a piggyback home.” Robbie Ray said.
“Are you serious?” Heather asked.
Robbie Ray nods his head.
“Yeah I am because it’s only one that you are going to get home.” Robbie Ray answered.
Heather climbs on Robbie Ray’s back. Robbie Ray gets up slowly than starts walking home with Heather on his back. Robbie Ray sets her down when they get to her door. Robbie Ray pulls Heather and kisses her. A few minutes later they break apart.
“See you later.” Heather said.
“Yeah see you and stay off your ankle darling.” Robbie Ray replied.
Heather smiles than goes inside the house and shuts the door behind her. Robbie Ray opens his door than goes to find Miley, Oliver and Lilly setting on the couch watching TV.
“How was your dad?” Miley asked.
“It’s was ok bud.” Robbie Ray answered.
“Just ok? Are you sure?” Miley asked.
“Ok fine it was amazing bud.” Robbie Ray answered.
“Are you in love dad?” Miley asked.
“I’m not sure yet because it’s too soon tell.” Robbie Ray answered.
All of a sudden the phone out in the kitchen rings. Robbie Ray goes out the kitchen and checks the caller display than a smile spread across his face when he sees the number. Robbie Ray picks up the phone.
“Hi darling, you miss me yet.” Robbie Ray said.
“Yes I do miss.” Heather answered.
“How’s your ankle?” Robbie Ray asked.
“It’s a little sore but it’s ok. I put some ice on it.” Heather answered.
“Did the ice help it any?” Robbie Ray asked.
“Yeah a little.” Heather answered.
“That’s good to hear darling.” Robbie Ray said.
“Is my daughter there by any chance?” Heather asked.
“Yeah she’s here watching TV with Miley and Oliver.” Robbie Ray answered.
“Could you send her home?” Heather asked.
“Sure thing darling.” Robbie Ray answered.
“Do you call your girlfriends darling?” Heather asked.
“Yeah I do but it seems to really suit you.” Robbie Ray answered.
“I’ll let you go now honey.” Heather said.
“What did you call me?” Robbie Ray asked.
“I called you honey.” Heather answered.
They hang up on each other than Robbie Ray goes into the living room.
“That’s was my mother on the phone Lilly and she wants you to go home.” Robbie Ray said.
“Why were you talking to her so long?” Lilly asked.
Robbie Ray sighs.
“We walk home from the meeting together and she trip while she walking.” Robbie Ray answered.
“Did she get hurt?” Miley asked.
“Yeah she hurt her ankle.” Robbie Ray answered.
Lilly walks next door to her house. Robbie Ray sits on the end of couch and starts thinking. Oliver leaves too. Miley looks at her father.
“What are you thinking about dad?” Miley asked.
“I’m thinking about my girlfriend.” Robbie Ray answered.
“What about her?” Miley asked.
“I had to figure out if I love her.” Robbie Ray answered.
“Do you dad?” Miley asked.
‘Yes I do so I have to go tell her.” Robbie Ray answered.
Robbie Ray walks out to the kitchen and dials Heather’s number. Heather looks at the caller display than just smiles and picks up the receiver.
“Hi honey.” Heather said.
“Hi darling. I need to talk to you right away.” Robbie Ray replied.
“What about?” Heather asked.
“It’s not something that I want talk about over the phone.” Robbie Ray answered.
“Do you meet up somewhere?” Heather asked.
“Yeah I would so I’ll meet you at the beach in two minutes that’s if you feel up to it.” Robbie Ray answered.
“Ok I will see you than and I think my ankle is alright now.” Heather said.
They hang up on each other. Robbie Ray looks at Miley.
“I’m going back out for a little bit so don’t wait up for me.” Robbie Ray replied.
Robbie Ray leaves the house than goes to beach to find Heather staring out the water. Robbie Ray walks up behind Heather and wraps his arms around her. Heather just smiles.
“What did you want to talk me about?” Heather asked as she turns around his arms so that she’s facing him.
“I wanted to talk about something that I just realized.” Robbie Ray answered.
“What did you just realize?” Heather asked.
Robbie Ray looks in Heather’s blue eyes.
“I love you Heather Deen Truscott.” Robbie Ray answered.
Heather’s mouth drops open in shock than she goes to say something but nothing comes out. Robbie Ray just smiles. A few minutes later Heather looks up in Robbie Ray’s green eyes.
“I love you too Robbie Ray Stewart.” Heather said.
“Can I let you in a little secret?” Robbie Ray asked.
“Yeah sure.” Heather answered.
“My real name is Robert Ray Stewart but I don’t like it so that’s why I go by Robbie Ray.” Robbie Ray said.
“Oh ok thanks for tell me that.” Heather replied.
They stay at the beach for awhile than walk home hand in hand. Robbie Ray kisses Heather goodnight than go inside their houses and go to sleep dreaming of each other.

Chapter 3
Loving You More With Each Passing Day

Heather and Robbie Ray have been dating in secret for 2 months now. Robbie Ray is sitting in the living room watching TV. Miley comes into the living room.
“Hi dad.” Miley said.
“Oh hi bud.” Robbie Ray replied.
“Are you okay dad?” Miley asked.
“Yeah I’m fine bud.” Robbie Ray answered.
All of a sudden there’s a knock at the door. Miley walks over to the door find to Lilly standing on the other side.
“Hi Lilly.” Miley said as she hugs her best friend.
“Can I come in?” Lilly asked.
“Yeah sure.” Miley answered.
“How are you Lilly?” Robbie Ray asked.
“I’m good.” Lilly answered.
Miley smiles.
“How’s your mother?” Miley asked.
“She’s ok.” Lilly answered.
“Just ok? Are you about that?” Miley asked.
“Well she does seem a little down today but I’ve learned that when she gets like that to leave her alone otherwise she will bite my head off.” Lilly answered.
Robbie Ray tip-toes to the door than goes across the street to Heather’s house and knocks on the door. Heather opens the door and when sees him she just smiles.
“Are you alright darling?” Robbie Ray asked.
“I am now you’re here.” Heather answered.
“Did you miss darling?” Robbie Ray asked.
“Yeah I did very much.” Heather answered.
“Would you like to go for a walk along the shoreline?” Robbie Ray asked.
“That sounds like a good idea and I’ll leave a note telling Lilly but I won’t mention your name.” Heather answered.
Heather writes a note to Lilly just tell her that she decided to go for a walk on the beach. Heather and Robbie Ray leave for their walk. They walk for a few minutes that Robbie Ray stops than pulls Heather into his embrace and kisses her passionately. Heather’s eyes just widen. A few minutes later Robbie Ray breaks the kiss.
“You sure know how to make me breathless honey.” Heather said.
Robbie Ray hugs Heather tightly. Heather looks at Robbie Ray.
“Could you sing something please?” Heather asked.
“Yeah sure I can.” Robbie Ray answered.
“Thanks honey because I love it when you sing.” Heather said.
“What do you want to hear darling?” Robbie Ray asked.
“It doesn’t it matter to me what you sing.” Heather answered.
Robbie Ray smiles than wraps his arms around Heather and starts sing “Holding onto a Dream”.

Heather smiles a little. Robbie Ray tightens his grip on Heather a little. Heather sighs deeply. Robbie Ray looks down at Heather.
“Are you okay darling?” Robbie Ray asked.
Heather shakes her head.
“No I’m not honey.” Heather answered.
“What’s wrong? Is anything I can do?” Robbie Ray asked.
Heather whimpers. Robbie Ray is getting really scared now.
“I’ll tell you after you take me back to my house.” Heather answered.
Robbie Ray scoops up Heather in his arms than walks back to her house and opens the door with his key. Robbie Ray puts Heather on the couch than sits on the floor beside her.
“Are you going to tell me what happen at beach?” Robbie Ray asked.
“I can’t be out in the sun too long because it makes me weak.” Heather answered.
“Why did you tell me this darling?” Robbie Ray asked.
“I didn’t want you to worry about me for fear that Miley figure out about us.” Heather answered.
“For now on I want to be totally truthful and not keep things for me.” Robbie Ray said.
Heather nods her head. Robbie Ray stays for awhile than kisses Heather goodbye and goes to his house. Miley and Lilly are watching a movie.
“Where did you go dad?” Miley asked.
“I went for a walk on beach bud.” Robbie Ray answered.
“I should be getting home.” Lilly said.
Lilly goes across the street than goes inside to find her mother on the couch.
“Are you okay mom?” Lilly asked.
“Yeah I’m fine I just took one of my heat stroke spells while I was at the beach for walk.” Heather answered.
Lilly looks at her mother.
“Miley’s dad was taking a walk on the beach too.” Lilly said.
“Oh really I didn’t see him.” Heather replied.
It’s next day Lilly and Miley are at school. Lilly is still thinking about what her mother her told but she doesn’t believe her. Ms. Kunkle comes over to Lilly.
“Are you paying attention Miss Truscott?” Ms. Kunkle asked.
“Sorry Ms. Kunkle I got in my thoughts.” Lilly answered.
The hours pass and now it’s lunchtime. Miley is sitting with Lilly. Lilly is still thinking about it.
“What’s on your mind today?” Miley asked as Oliver sits down with them.
“I’m just thinking about something my mother told when I got home yesterday.” Lilly answered.
“What was that?” Oliver asked.
“She told that she was at the beach too but she didn’t see your father at all.” Lilly answered as she looks at Miley.
All of a sudden Miley spots Lilly’s mother.
“What’s your mother doing here?” Miley asked.
Lilly notices her mother too.
“I have no idea.” Lilly answered.
Heather walks over to Lilly and passes her a paper bag.
“You left your lunch on the kitchen table.” Heather said.
“Thanks mom.” Lilly said.
“Well I have to go because I don’t want to keep my boyfriend waiting.” Heather replied.
“Boyfriend?” Miley asked.
“Yes that’s what I said but I can’t tell who it is yet because the time has be exactly perfect.” Heather answered.
Heather runs out of the school than jumps into Robbie Ray’s car than drive back to his house than sit on the couch and start kissing. A few minutes later they break apart.
“It’s nice to have some time to ourselves before Miley, Jackson and Lilly get home.” Robbie Ray said.
Heather nods her head than pulls Robbie Ray in for another kiss. They kiss for a long time than Heather looks at her watch and notices that it’s time for school to be over.
“I should get going to because Lilly will be home soon.” Heather said.
Robbie Ray gets to his feet than pulls Heather up and kisses her passionately.
“I love you darling.” Robbie Ray replied.
Heather smiles.
“I love you too honey.” Heather said.
They kiss again than Heather goes home to wait for Lilly.

Chapter 4
Dance at Seaview High School

It’s early on Thursday night. Robbie Ray, Miley and Jackson are watching TV when all of a sudden the doorbell rings. Miley gets to her feet than goes over to door and opens it. Lilly is standing on the other side looking all scared. Miley looks at her best friend.
“What’s wrong Lilly?” Miley asked,
“I can’t find my mother anywhere.” Lilly answered.
“When was the last you saw her?” Robbie Ray asked as she comes over to the door.
“The last time that I saw her was a few hours ago before I went up to my bedroom to watching TV than I came down a few minutes ago to ask her something and she was nowhere in sight.” Lilly answered.
Robbie Ray sneaks out of the house than goes to the loneliest part of the beach where he finds Heather sitting on rock looking out the ocean with the waves crushing in around her. Robbie Ray walks over and sits next to Heather than puts his arm around her. Robbie Ray pulls Heather close to him.
“What’s the matter darling?” Robbie Ray asked.
“I just need sometime to myself that’s all.” Heather answered.
“Well your daughter is really worried about you.” Robbie Ray said.
They stay at the beach for while in each other’s embrace than Robbie Ray helps Heather to her feet. Heather smiles and kisses Robbie Ray passionately. They walk back to Robbie Ray’s house where Lilly and Miley are waiting. Jackson is gone to bed. Lilly gets to her feet than goes over and gives her mother a great big hug.
“I was so worried that something terrible happen to you mom.” Lilly said.
Robbie Ray sighs.
“Lilly, I would never let anything to happen to your mother because if it did than I’d never be the same.” Robbie Ray thinks to himself.
Miley notices her father deep in thought.
“What are you thinking about this time dad?” Miley asked.
“Nothing at all bud.” Robbie Ray answered.
Lilly looks at her mother.
“How come you were out so long?” Lilly asked.
“It’s such a beautiful night out that I couldn’t resist being out enjoying it.” Heather answered.
“Where did you go dad?” Miley asked.
“I went for a walk along the shoreline bud.” Robbie Ray answered.
“Can we go home now mom?” Lilly asked.
“Yeah of course.” Heather answered.
Heather and Lilly leave for home. Robbie Ray sits down on the couch and lets out a long sigh. All of a sudden the phone rings. Miley walks over and answers the phone.
“Stewart Residence Miley speaking.” Miley said.
“Hi Miley, it’s Lilly’s mother Heather.” The voice on the end replied.
“How can I help?” Miley asked.
“I’d like to speak to your father please.” Heather answered.
Robbie Ray comes out the kitchen and Miley passes the phone to her father than goes up to her room.
“Hi darling.” Robbie Ray said.
“Hi honey.” Heather replied.
“What did you want?” Robbie Ray asked.
“I just wanted to say that I love you because I left in such a hurry I didn’t get a chance to tell you that.” Heather answered.
Robbie Ray just smiles. Heather sighed.
“Are you okay darling?” Robbie Ray asked.
“Yeah I am so stop worrying.” Heather answered.
“I wish I could do that but I can’t help worry about because I love you remember.” Robbie ray said.
Heather smiles a little. They talk for a while than hang up.
~Meanwhile at Raelyn and Corbin’s house~
Corbin is watching TV when Raelyn comes into the living room and sits next to him.
“The principal wants a few more people to help chaperone the dance tomorrow night but I can’t think of anyone else.” Raelyn said.
“How about your best friend Angelique?” Corbin asked.
“That’s good idea.” Raelyn answered.
Raelyn goes into the kitchen and dials Angelique’s number. Bernard picks up the receiver.
“Hello Allen Residence Bernard speaking.” Bernard said.
“It’s me Raelyn.” Raelyn replied.
“Do you want speak to my wife?” Bernard asked.
“Yes I would.” Raelyn answered.
Angelique walks into the room and Bernard passes her the receiver.
“Who is it baby?” Angelique asked.
“It’s your best friend Raelyn.” Bernard answered.
Angelique smiles.
“Hi Raelyn.” Angelique said.
“How are you?” Raelyn asked.
I’m good.” Angelique answered.
“I phoned to ask you a question.” Raelyn said.
“Well than ask away because I’m listening.” Angelique replied.
Raelyn sighs.
“Would you be willing to me a chaperone at the dance tomorrow night at Seaview High School?” Raelyn asked.
“Of course I will and I’m sure my husband would like to be one too.” Angelique answered.
“That’s good and Mr. Jeffrey will be happy.” Raelyn said.
“Who are the chaperones so far?” Angelique asked.
“They are Heather Truscott, Ms.. Kunkle, Mr. Corelli, Miss Peters, Miss Morris, Mr. Matthews, Miss Carter, Mr. Morton, Robbie Ray Stewart and of course the principal himself.” Raelyn answered.
Angelique and Raelyn talk for awhile than hang up. Raelyn phones her other best friend Marissa Moore. Marissa’s husband Simon picks up the receiver.
“Hi this Simon Moore.” Simon said.
“It’s me Raelyn.” Raelyn replied.
“Would you like to speak to Marissa?” Simon asked.
“Yes I would.” Raelyn answered.
Simon walks into the living room where Marissa is watching TV.
“Raelyn wants you on the phone dear.” Simon said.
Marissa takes the phone from her husband than puts it up to her ear.
“What would you like?” Marissa asked.
“Mr. Jeffrey the principal of Seaview High School asked me to get a few more chaperones for the dance tomorrow so I was wondering if you and Simon would like to be chaperones.” Raelyn answered.
“Yeah of course we will.” Marissa said.
Raelyn and Marissa hang up on each other. It’s the next day now and a few hours before the dance. Lilly is getting ready for the dance than when she’s done she goes downstairs and finds her mother sitting on the couch all ready for dance.
“Wow mom, you look so beautiful.” Lilly said.
Heather is where a light/dark blue taffeta babydoll dress with dark blue platform shoes and her hair is done up in curly ringlets. Lilly and Heather walk to the dance. Miley walks over to Lilly and gives her a hug.
“You look so pretty Lilly.” Miley said.
“So do you.” Lilly replied.
Robbie Ray walks over to them. Heather can’t believe how incredibly gorgeous Robbie Ray looks. Mr. Jeffrey walks over them.
“I’m so glad that you could make it because we have to watch the students very closely this time because last time they were dancing way too close.” Mr. Jeffrey said.
“Don’t worry Mr. Jeffrey we will keep a good eye on them.” Robbie Ray replied.
Mr. Jeffrey looks at Heather.
“Wow Mrs. Truscott you look beautiful tonight.” Mr. Jeffrey said.
Heather rolls her eyes.
“Thanks.” Heather replied.
The music starts to play. Mr. Jeffrey smiles a little.
“Would you like to dance with me Heather?” Mr. Jeffrey asked.
“Nah I think I’ll pass because there’s only person that I want to dance with tonight and it’s not you.” Heather answered.
Mr. Jeffrey goes to grab Heather’s hand but Robbie Ray steps in between them.
“Don’t you even think about lying on hand on her because if you do you’ll have me to deal with and she doesn’t want to dance with you so leave her alone.” Robbie Ray yelled.
Miley and Lilly exchange looks than go out of earshot.
“Why is my father standing up for your mother?” Miley asked.
“I’m not sure.” Lilly answered.
Ms. Kunkle is near by and she hears them talking.
“Have you noticed that they are a lot closer now?” Miley asked.
“Yeah I have noticed that.” Lilly answered.
Ms. Kunkle walks over to Robbie Ray and Heather.
“You might want calm down Robbie Ray because Miley and Lilly are getting a little suspicious.” Ms. Kunkle said.
“I will if Mr. Jeffrey stays away from Heather.” Robbie Ray replied.
Ms. Kunkle takes Mr. Jeffrey’s hand and leads him onto the dance floor. Robbie Ray sighs. Heather looks at Robbie Ray.
“What’s the matter honey?” Heather asked.
“I don’t mind being here but seeing all these people dancing is making me want to dance with you.” Robbie Ray answered.
“Yeah I know same here but we can’t because of our children.” Heather said.
Robbie Ray sighs again than walks over to where the punch is. Miley and Lilly walk over to Heather.
“Why did my father stand up for you like he did a few minutes ago?” Miley asked.
“It’s long story Miley and I don’t feel like going into details.” Heather answered.
Oliver walks over to where they are and looks at Miley.
“Would you like to dance Miley?” Oliver asked.
“Yeah okay.” Miley answered.
Oliver takes Miley by the hand and leads her onto the dance floor. They start dancing and Lilly is just watching than lets out a long sigh.
“What’s the matter sweetie?” Heather asked.
“I like Oliver a lot but I’m not match for my best friend.” Lilly answered.
Heather gives Lilly a hug just as Robbie Ray appears with two glasses of punch. Robbie Ray passes one to Heather.
“Thanks honey.” Heather whispered.
Robbie Ray just smiles. Heather looks at her daughter.
“Is there anyone else you like?” Heather asked.
Lilly nods her head.
“I have always thought Jackson was cute.” Lilly answered.
“Jackson? As in my son?” Robbie Ray asked.
“Yeah that Jackson.” Lilly answered.
“Um that’s nice sweetie but I don’t think you should get involved with him.” Heather answered.
“Why mom?” Lilly asked.
“It’s part of the long story that I was telling you and Miley about.” Heather answered.
“What are you talking about?” Robbie Ray asked.
“I’m talking about us honey.” Heather answered in a whispered.
Robbie Ray sighs a little. Ms. Kunkle walks over to them.
“If you two really want to dance than I’ll make sure your children don’t see.” Ms. Kunkle said.
Heather hugs Ms. Kunkle.
“You’re truly the best Karen.” Heather said.
Ms. Kunkle smiles than takes Lilly with her so that Robbie Ray and Heather can dance. Robbie Ray walks over to where they DJ is which is Rico.
“What can I help you with?” Rico asked.
“I would like to request a song for my girlfriend and me to dance to.” Robbie Ray answered.
“What song would that be?” Rico asked.
“The song is I Turn To You by Christina Aguilera.” Robbie Ray answered.
Robbie Ray walks back to Heather just as “I Turn To You” starts to play.
“Who requested this song?” Heather asked.
“I did darling.” Robbie Ray answered.
“Why?” Heather asked.
“It’s going to be our special song.” Robbie Ray answered.
Robbie Ray pulls Heather close to him. Heather just smiles A few minutes later the song is over. Robbie Ray sits down on the bench by the wall. Heather smiles again than decides to go outside but she doesn’t say anything to Robbie Ray about it. Robbie Ray looks around and when he doesn’t see Heather he starts getting worried. Miley and Lilly walk over to him.
“What’s wrong dad?” Miley asked.
“Nothing bud.” Robbie Ray answered as he gets to his feet and goes to where Ms Kunkle is.
“Did you happen to see where Heather went?” Robbie Ray asked.
“Yeah she went outside a few minutes ago.” Ms. Kunkle answered.
Robbie Ray walks outside and sits next to Heather than wraps his arm around her.
“What’s wrong darling?” Robbie Ray asked.
Heather looks at Robbie Ray.
“I just miss my family especially my sister Fiona.” Heather answered.
Robbie Ray pulls Heather close to him. They stay like that for awhile. The people start leaving the dance. Heather and Robbie Ray hear their daughters coming so the break apart. Miley and Lilly come over.
“Are you ready to go home mom?” Lilly asked.
“Yeah I am but you and Miley go on ahead.” Heather answered.
Robbie Ray just smiles. Heather takes Robbie Ray’s hand in hers and they start walking home. Heather lays her on Robbie Ray’s shoulder as they walk.
“Why didn’t you want to walk with your daughter?” Robbie Ray asked.
Heather glares at Robbie Ray.

“Who’s that?” Robbie Ray asked.
Heather glares at Robbie Ray again.
“You of course honey.” Heather answered.
Robbie Ray smiles.
“I knew that darling I was just kidding around.” Robbie Ray said.
Heather just smiles. They reach Heather’s house. Lilly went inside and Miley went inside her house too. Heather goes to leave but Robbie Ray pulls her close to him and kisses her passionately. A few minutes later they break apart.
“I love you Robbie Ray.” Heather said.
Robbie Ray smiles.
“I love you too darling.” Robbie Ray replied.
“You never said anything about I look tonight honey.” Heather said.
Robbie Ray pulls Heather close again and looks down into her piercing blue eyes.
“Darling you look absolutely beautiful.” Robbie Ray replied.
“What about my hair?” Heather asked.
“I love how you did you should keep it that way.” Robbie Ray answered.
Heather smiles.
“I’m glad to hear you like it because it took me along to get it this way and if you really want to keep it this way than I will.” Heather said.
Robbie Ray kisses Heather again than go into their houses. They go to bed dreaming of each other.

Chapter 5
Four Month Anniversary

The month passes now. It’s now three days before Robbie Ray and Heather’s fourth month anniversary. Miley walks to Lilly’s house and knocks on the door.
Lilly opens the door.
“Are you read for school?” Lilly asked.
“Yeah I am but I really don’t want to go.” Miley answered.
“Why not?” Lilly asked.
“My dad is sick that’s why.” Miley answered.
Heather overhears Miley saying that her father is sick and she starts to get a little worried. Lilly and Miley go to school. Heather walks across the street to Robbie Ray’s house than opens the door with the key that he got cut for her and up to his room. Robbie Ray is lying in bed. Heather walks over to his bed and sits down beside him. Robbie Ray looks up at her and just smiles. Heather puts her hand on Robbie Ray’s forehead than pulls it away. Heather gasps than runs into the bathroom and gets a thermometer. Heather comes back to Robbie Ray’s room than puts the thermometer is his mouth. A few minutes later it beeps. Heather takes it out than looks at it and gets a really worried look on her face.
“What does it say darling?” Robbie Ray asked.
“You have a really high fever.” Heather answered.
Heather goes to bathroom than turns on the tub and gets some warm water into it. Heather goes to downstairs to where the freezer is and takes out a few bags of ice. Heather carries the bags of ice up to the bathroom one by one than puts them into the tub with the warm water. Heather walks into Robbie Ray’s room again.
“Ok honey go get the bathroom and get the tub.” Heather said.
Robbie Ray gets to his feet than goes into the bathroom and gets into the tub. Heather goes downstairs to living room. Heather sits on the couch and turns on the TV. A while later Heather goes up to the bathroom and knocks on the door. Robbie Ray comes out just wearing his bathrobe. Heather just smiles. They walk into his bedroom. Heather checks Robbie Ray’s temperature again and lets out a sigh of relief.
“What does it say darling?” Robbie Ray asked.
“Your fever has broken.” Heather answered.
Robbie Ray smiles a little.
“I am feeling a little better thanks to you.” Robbie Ray said.
Robbie Ray pulls Heather down beside him. Heather just smiles. They stay like for a few hours than Heather looks at her watch and realizes that it’s almost time for the girls to be home.
“We better go downstairs because the girls will be home soon.” Heather replied.
Robbie Ray gets to his feet than pulls Heather up into his embrace and kisses her passionately. They walk downstairs. Heather sits on the couch and Robbie Ray goes into the kitchen to make an after school snack for the girls.
“Do you want anything darling?” Robbie Ray asked.
“Yeah I’d like a glass of chocolate milk.” Heather answered.
Robbie Ray pours Heather a glass of chocolate milk than takes it into the living room and passes it to her.
“Here you go darling.” Robbie Ray said.
Robbie Ray walks back out to the kitchen just as girls come through the front door. Lilly notices her mother sitting on the couch.
“What are you doing over there mom?” Lilly asked.
“I was bored at home so I decided to come over here to keep Miley’s father company while you two were at school.” Heather answered.
Miley walks into the kitchen and gives her father a hug.
“How are you feeling now dad?” Miley asked.
“I’m feeling a lot better than I did early today bud.” Robbie Ray answered.
Heather just smiles than her and Lilly go home. The next two days pass. It’s now Robbie Ray and Heather’s four month anniversary. Robbie Ray is out the back patio than he starts singing “I Wanna Be With You” by Backstreet Boys.

“Why are you singing that song?” Heather asked.

“Oh well we have to tell them soon because it’s not fair to keep it from them.” Heather said.

“I’ll meet you at the beach in an hour.” Robbie Ray said.
Heather nods her head than goes to leave but Robbie Ray pulls her close to him and kisses her passionately. Heather just smiles than a few minutes they break apart. Robbie Ray goes inside his house and Heather goes to her house than up to her room to get ready. Lilly walks by her mother’s door.
“What are you doing mom?” Lilly asked.
“I’m getting ready for a date with my boyfriend.” Heather answered.
“When are you going to tell me who this boyfriend of yours is mom?” Lilly asked.
“I told you before Lilly that I will tell you when the timing is right.” Heather answered.
Heather sits on her bed and lets out a long sigh.
“Are you ok mom?” Lilly asked.
“Yeah I am ok.” Heather answered.
“Are you sure?” Lilly asked.
“Yes I’m sure and I get like this way I’m away from my boyfriend for a long time.” Heather answered.
“Why mom?” Lilly asked.
“At first I asked myself the same question but now I know that reason is because he’s my one true love.” Heather answered.
“Is he cute?” Lilly asked.
“Cute isn’t the word I would use to describe him at all.” Heather answered.
“What word would you use than mom?” Lilly asked.
“I would use gorgeous.” Heather answered.
“Wow you must really love him because you’ve never called any of your other boyfriends that.” Lilly said.

Lilly can’t believe what she’s hearing her mother say.
“Please tell me who he is.” Lilly begs.
“I’m sorry Lilly but I can’t.” Heather replied.
All of a sudden Heather’s cellphone rings and hits the talk button than puts it to her ear.
“Hi darling.” Robbie Ray said.
Heather smiles.
“Hi honey.” Heather replied.
“Are you ready for our date yet?” Robbie Ray asked.
“Yeah almost.” Heather answered.
“Ok than and remember to meet at the beach.” Robbie Ray said.
“Where are you?” Heather asked.
“I’m out on the balcony just outside Miley’s bedroom.” Robbie Ray answered.
“Oh well be careful.” Heather said.
“Don’t worry darling I will.” Robbie Ray replied.
“Ok. I’ll see you at the beach and I love you honey.” Heather said.

Heather and Robbie Ray hang up on each. Heather sighs than sits on the couch.
“Was that your boyfriend on the phone?” Lilly asked.
“Yeah it was and I love hearing his voice especially when he sings because when he does my heart melts.” Heather answered.
Heather finish getting ready than goes to beach to meet up with Robbie Ray but he’s not wearing in sight. Heather starts to get worried just as pair of strong hands covers her eyes. Heather smiles.
“Guess who?” a voice asked.
“Robbie Ray.” Heather answered.
Robbie Ray just smiles than takes his hands away from Heather’s eyes than spins her around so she’s facing and kisses her passionately. A few minutes later they break apart than Robbie Ray takes Heather’s hand and they start walking. Heather can’t take her eyes off Robbie Ray and Robbie Ray can’t take his eyes of Heather.
“Wow she so absolutely beautiful.” Robbie Ray thinks to him.
Heather smiles.
“Wow he looks so hot.” Heather thinks to herself.
They finally reach their destination which is new Restaurant called Galaxy Star Restaurant. They walk inside and Heather looks around. A young lady walks over to them.
“How may I help you?” the lady asked.
“I have a reservation under Stewart.” Robbie Ray answered.
The lady looks through the reservation book than finds it and starts walking away. Robbie Ray takes Heather’s hand and they follow the lady. When they get to where they are eating Robbie Ray pulls out Heather’s chair. Heather sits down and Robbie Ray pushes her into the table. Heather just smiles as Robbie Ray sits in the chair across from her.
“My name is Arrica Dawson by the way.” the lady said.
“I’m Robbie Ray Stewart and this beautiful lady with me is my girlfriend Heather Truscott.” Robbie Ray replied.
“I’ll be back with two menus.” Arrica aid.
Robbie Ray beckons Arrica over closer to him than he whispers something into her ear and she nods her head. Arrica walks away and Heather looks at Robbie Ray.
“What did you tell her?” Heather asked.
“You’ll see darling.” Robbie Ray answered.
A few minutes later Arrica returns with the menus and a single red rose. Heather gasps. Arrica passes the rose to Heather.
“Your boyfriend wants you to have this rose as token of how much you mean to him.” Arrica said.
Heather takes the rose than looks at Robbie Ray.
“That’s so sweet of you honey.” Heather replied.
Heather and Robbie Ray get their meal than eat. They leave and go to the special spot on the beach. Robbie Ray takes a little box out of his pocket and passes it to Heather. Heather opens the box to find a heart pendent locket.
“Do you like darling?” Robbie Ray asked.
“Yes I love it honey.” Heather answered.
Robbie Ray leans over and kisses Heather passionately. A few minutes later they break apart. Robbie Ray takes the pendent from Heather than clasped it around her neck.

Robbie Ray rolls his green eyes than goes out the kitchen.

It’s the next day and a few hours before Miley’s Hannah Montana concert. Heather and Lilly are at Robbie Ray’s house. Lilly is talking to Robbie Ray.
“How is my mother going to see the concert?” Lilly asked.

“Does my mother even know that Miley is Hannah Montana?” Lilly asked.

Robbie Ray walks over to where Heather is.
“Hi.” Heather said.
Robbie Ray sits down next to Heather.

“My daughter has a secret which is that she’s really Hannah Montana.” Robbie Ray said.

Robbie Ray shakes his head than runs up to his room than comes a few minutes later and passes a backstage pass to Heather.
“You can get backstage with this and it’s unlimited so you can use it forever.” Robbie Ray answered.

“Well I have to get ready and see you there later.” Robbie Ray said.

Heather and Lilly go home. Lilly changes into Lola and Heather gets ready to go. Lola is sitting downstairs when Heather comes in.
“Why are you dressing that way lately mom?” Lola asked.

Lola and Heather walk to venue where Hannah is performing. Lola goes backstage and goes to Hannah. Lola hugs Hannah. Heather goes to follow Lola but Roxy stops her.
“Where are you going?” Roxy asked.
“Backstage duh.” Heather answered.
“I’m sorry but I can’t let you.” Roxy said.
Heather sighs than takes her unlimited backstage pass.
“Are you sure about that?” Heather asked.
“Oh that changes everything.” Roxy answered.
“Would you tell me where Robbie Ray is?” Heather asked.
“Oh Mr. Montana is out on the balcony.” Roxy answered.
“Thanks.” Heather said.
“Who are you anyway?” Roxy asked.
“I’m Lola’s’ mother Heather and Mr. Montana’s girlfriend.” Heather answered.
Heather walks to where Mr. Montana is than wraps her arms around him. Mr. Montana turns around.
“What took you so long?” Mr. Montana asked.
“Your security guard won’t let me.” Heather answered.
Mr. Montana takes Heather somewhere where they can be alone and than turns back into Robbie Ray. Heather wraps his arms around Robbie Ray. Robbie Ray pulls Heather closer to him and starts kissing her passionately. Robbie Ray breaks the kiss than goes to where Hannah is just about to perform.
“Could you do me a favor sweetie?” Robbie Ray asked.
“That depends on what it is dad.” Hannah answered.
“Could you sing You and Me Together for me?” Robbie Ray asked.
“Yeah sure dad.” Hannah answered.
“Could you also dedicate it to a very woman in my life?” Robbie Ray asked.

Hannah goes out onto the stage and Heather comes up behind Robbie Ray than lays her head on his shoulder. Robbie Ray pulls away.
“Watch it darling because Lola might catch us.” Robbie Ray said.
Hannah takes the microphone;
“Welcome everyone.” Hannah said.

“I’m going to sing a few of my songs for you tonight.” Hannah said.
“Could you sing Nobody’s Perfect?” a young girl asked.
“Yeah of course.” Hannah answered.
“Oh cool.” the young girl said.
“The first song that I’m going to sing tonight is “You and Me Together. My father asked me to sing this for him and very special woman in his life.” Hannah replied.
Heather looks at Robbie Ray.
“Is that special woman me by an chance?” Heather asked.

Roxy walks over to them.
“I just catch Lola kissing Jackson.” Roxy said.

“You heard me.” Roxy answered.
“I was afraid of this and I told her not get involved with him.” Heather said.
Heather and Robbie Ray run where Lola is with Jackson.
“Lola stop that.” Heather yelled.
“Mom I told you already that I really like him.” Lola said.

Hannah comes over.
“What’s going on here?” Hannah asked.
“Roxy caught Lola and Jackson kissing.” Heather answered.
“What’s the big deal about that?” Hannah asked.
“She can’t get involved him that’s all.” Heather answered.

“I don’t feel like going into the details why right now so you just go perform for your audience.” Heather answered.
Hannah goes back out the where her fans are.
“Sorry about that everyone just had a little family moment.” Hannah said.
The music starts up and Hannah starts singing.

“Does anyone have any requests?” Hannah asked.

Heather hears the little girl and her eyes widen than she looks out at the audience. There in the front row are her sister Fiona and her family. Heather smiles a little.

Robbie Ray nods his head. Heather goes out where her sister is sitting.
Fiona suddenly notices her sister standing there.
“Hi sis.” Fiona said.
Gina gets up and hugs her aunt.
“How are Aunt Heather?” Gina asked.
“I’m just great.” Heather answered.
Heather sits down next to them. Fiona suddenly notices the necklace that her sister is wearing.
“Where did you get that beautiful necklace sis?” Fiona asked.
“I got it from my boyfriend for our four month anniversary which was a few days ago.” Heather answered.

“Who are these people darling?” Robbie Ray asked.
“These are my sister and her family.” Heather answered.

“You’re dating your daughter’s best friend’s father?” Fiona asked
Heather sighs.
“Yes I am but my daughter and his children can’t find out about us.” Heather answered.
“What are your sister and her family’s names?” Robbie Ray asked.
“My sister’s name is Fiona Amara Morgan, this young lady sitting next to me is my 11 year old daughter Gina Kyra Morgan, the young lady sitting next to her is my 10 year old daughter Mariah Emeline Morgan, the last young lady sitting on the way end is my 7 year old daughter Annabelle Carmen Morgan and that man beside her is my husband Tom Stefan Morgan.” Fiona answered.
“It’s nice to meet all of you.” Robbie Ray said.
“Are you going to marry my aunt?” Annabelle asked.
Robbie Ray laughs a little.

“Ok cool and I’ll be in my dressing room waiting for them.” Hannah said.
Robbie Ray runs back out to where Heather is with her family.
“Gina, Mariah and Annabelle please follow me.” Robbie Ray replied.
Heather smiles. Gina, Mariah and Annabelle get to their feet than follow Robbie Ray.
“Where are we going?” Mariah asked.
“That is a secret ladies.” Robbie Ray answered.
Heather suddenly appears just as they arrive at Hannah’s dressing room. Robbie Ray walks in first than Heather and her nieces follow. Hannah is sitting on chair waiting.
“Hannah I would like to meet my three nieces Gina, Mariah and Annabelle.” Heather said.
“It’s nice to meet the three of you.” Hannah replied.
“Can we have your autograph Hannah?” Annabelle asked.
“Of course can and I hope that you can come another concert.” Hannah answered just as Lola walks into the room.
Gina looks at Lola.
“Who are you?” Gina asked.
“My name is Lola Luftnangle.” Lola answered.
Mariah takes a good look at Lola.
“Would do you look so familiar to me?” Mariah asked.
“I don’t know but I get that a lot trust me.” Lola answered.
Heather rolls her eyes. Robbie Ray shakes his head than takes Heather’s hand and they go outside. Robbie Ray pulls Heather close to him and kisses her passionately.

Chapter 6
Robbie Ray’s Birthday

The months pass by slowly and now it’s August. It’s the 25th day of August which means it’s Robbie Ray’s 48th birthday. Heather and Lilly are at Robbie Ray’s house. Heather looks around than at Miley.
“Where is your father?” Heather asked.
“He’s out the balcony.” Miley answered.
Heather walks out the balcony and wraps her arms around Robbie Ray. Robbie Ray pulls away than walks inside leaving behind a very confused Heather. Heather follows Robbie Ray inside.
“Robert Ray.” Heather yelled.
Robbie Ray spins around.
“What?” Robbie Ray asked in angry tone.
Heather walks over to Robbie Ray and looks up into his gorgeous green eyes.
“Don’t you dare use that tone with me.” Heather answered in yell.
Miley and Lilly exchange looks. Heather sighs deeply. Robbie Ray gets a scared look on his face. Heather sighs deeply than starts to faint but Robbie Ray catches her in his arms than carries her over to couch and lies her down on it. Robbie Ray sits down on the floor next to the floor next to the couch. Heather moans the opens her eyes.
“Are you okay now?” Robbie Ray asked.
“Yeah I think so.” Heather answered.
Lilly grabs Miley’s hand and takes her out of earshot.
“What did you do that?” Miley asked.
“I need to talk you.” Lilly answered.
“Ok I’m listening.” Miley said.
“Is just me or are our parents acting weird around each other lately?” Lilly asked.
Miley sighs.
“I’ve noticed that too because when your mother is over here my father is constantly watching her every move and your mother is always sneaking smiles at my father.” Miley answered.
“Do you think it’s possible that they’re in love with each other?” Lilly asked.
Miley glares at Lilly.
“Get a life Lilly that would never ever happen because they’re just really good friends.” Miley answered.
“Are you really sure about that?” Lilly asked.
“Yes I am.” Miley answered.
Lilly looks over her mother and Miley’s father. Robbie Ray is sitting on the couch beside with his arm around her shoulder. Lilly’s mouth drops open.
“You might change your mind when you look at them.” Lilly said just her mother lays her on Robbie Ray’s shoulder.
Miley looks over at where her father and Lilly’s mother are. Miley’s mouth drops open when she sees them all cuddly on the couch.
“Wow maybe you’re right.” Miley said.
Robbie Ray gets to his feet than goes out the kitchen and Heather follows him.
“What’s wrong with you today?” Heather asked.
“There is nothing wrong darling.” Robbie Ray answered.
All of a sudden Robbie Ray’s mother and siblings come into the house. Robbie Rays sighs. Luanne runs over and hugs her uncle.
“Happy Birthday Uncle Robbie Ray.” Luanne said.
Heather stares at Robbie Ray.
“It’s your birthday?” Heather asked.
“Yeah it is so big deal.” Robbie Ray answered as he goes into living room.
Heather gets a confused look on her face. Robbie Ray leaves the house and slams the door behind him. Heather runs after Robbie Ray.
“Wait up honey.” Heather yelled.
Robbie Ray starts walking faster to get away from Heather. Heather is really confused about why Robbie Ray is doing this. Mr. Jeffrey is close by than he walks over to Heather.
“Hi Heather.” Mr. Jeffrey said
“Yeah hi Mr. Jeffrey.” Heather replied.
“Please Heather call Mitchell.” Mr. Jeffrey said.
“What do you want Mitchell?” Heather asked.
“I want you of course.” Mitchell answered.
“Well I don’t want you so go away.” Heather said.
“Oh come you know that’s true because deep you love me.” Mitchell replied.
“Yeah in your dreams.” Heather said.
Mitchell just grins than runs his hand through Heather’s hair.
“I love your hair Heather.” Mitchell said.
“Ok you know what don’t touch my hair because the only allowed to do that is Robbie Ray Stewart.” Heather yelled.
Mitchell sighs.
“What does he have that I don’t?” Mitchell asked.
“He loves me for who I am and he’s my soul mate so there.” Heather answered.
Mitchell rolls his eyes and pulls Heather into his arms than starts kissing her passionately. Heather gasps than breaks his kiss.
“ROBBIE RAY HELP ME.” Heather screamed at the top of her lungs.
Robbie Ray hears Heather’s scream for help. Robbie Ray turns around than sees Mitchell Jeffrey with the love of his life. Robbie Ray runs over to they are and punches Mitchell really hard in the stomach.
“Leaving my girl alone got it.” Robbie Ray yelled.
“What are you going to do about it?” Mitchell asked.
“You’re about to find out.” Robbie Ray answered.
They started fighting and few minutes later Robbie Ray has won. Mitchell gets scared than runs off. Heather hugs Robbie Ray really tight.
“You are amazing Robbie Ray Stewart and not mention my ultimate hero.” Heather said.
Robbie Ray smiles than kisses Heather passionately. Heather cuddles up to Robbie Ray. They walk back Robbie Ray’s hand in hand when they get they stop holding hands.
“I’m sorry that I didn’t tell you about my birthday being today but I don’t like making a big deal out of it.” Robbie Ray replied.
Heather smiles than kisses Robbie Ray passionately. A few minutes later they break their kiss.
“There’s somewhere I have to go but I’ll be back later on honey so try not to miss me too much.” Heather said.
Robbie Ray nods her head and Heather goes to the Jewelry story. The man working there comes over to Heather.
“Hi there miss my name is Caleb Ennes and if you need help with anything than let me know.” The man said.
“My name is Heather Truscott and I’m looking for a the perfect birthday present for my boyfriend.” Heather replied.
“Well follow me miss.” Caleb said.
Caleb walks over to the Men’s Jewelry display. Heather looks at them for the longest time. Heather sudden spots a Stainless Steel 9" Double Link Men's Bracelet
“Did you find something miss?” Caleb asked.
“Yes I did and that’s Stainless Steel 9” Double Link Men’s Bracelet in the top right hand corner.” Heather answered.
“That will be $120.” Caleb said.
Heather sighs.
“I don’t have enough money.” Heather replied.
“Well than I can’t let you buy it.” Caleb said.
Heather sighs. Fiona is there and she overhears than comes over to her sister.
“How much are short sis?” Fiona asked.
“I’m short 50 bucks.” Heather answered.
Fiona passes Heather 50 bucks. Heather smiles than hugs Fiona. Heather the bracelet than puts into a little gift bag and goes to Robbie Ray’s house. Heather knocks on the door and Miley answered it.
“Are you looking for your daughter?” Miley asked.
“Yeah I am but I always wanted to see your father.” Heather answered.
“Why?” Miley asked.
“I have something for him.” Heather answered.
Miley runs inside.
“Dad, Lilly’s mother wants to see outside.” Miley said.
Robbie Ray walks out to where Heather is.
“What is it darling?” Robbie Ray asked.
“This is for you honey.” Heather answered as she passed him the little gift bag.
Robbie Ray opens it than hugs Heather.
“Thanks darling I love it.” Robbie Ray said as he pulls Heather into a passionate kiss.
Heather pulls away and glares at Robbie Ray.
“Robert Ray, we can’t be doing that because our children may catch us.” Heather replied.
“Oops sorry darling but the way you’re dressed isn’t helping any.” Robbie Ray said.
“What do you mean?” Heather asked.
“I mean when you dress the way you are I can’t help it because it drives me more crazy in love with you.” Robbie Ray answered.
Heather smiles a little.
“That’s the whole reason why I do it because I love seeing you drool all over me.” Heather said as she starts walking back to her house.
It’s a few days after Robbie Ray’s birthday. Robbie Ray, Miley and Jackson are the beach just hanging out. Lilly runs over to them and hugs Miley.
“Hi Lilly.” Miley said.
Lilly sighs.
“What’s the matter?” Jackson asked.
“I’ve been thinking about how my best friend is so lucky.” Lilly answered.
“How I am lucky?” Miley asked.
“You’re not an only child like me.” Lilly answered.
Robbie Ray rolls his eyes than spots Heather walk along the shoreline. Robbie Ray wants to go over to Heather and pull her close to him but he’s scared that their children might see. Robbie Ray sits on the sand. Heather is walking on the above the water on the cliffs when suddenly she looses her footing and starts to fall. Lilly notices right away.
“Oh no mom.” Lilly screamed.
Robbie Ray looks at where Lilly is than suddenly sees the love of his life hanging onto the cliff for dear life. Robbie Ray gasps than runs to where Heather is.
“Darling, grab my hand.” Robbie Ray said.
“I can’t Robbie Ray because I’m too scared.” Heather whimpers in fear.
Robbie Ray gets down on his stomach but he still can’t reach her.
“Please darling, you know that I never let any harm come to you.” Robbie Ray said.
Heather reaches up to where Robbie Ray is than he grabs her hand and pulls her up into the safety of his arms.
“Thanks I was so scared.” Heather replied as she cuddles up to Robbie Ray a little.
“What were thinking walking along the edge of cliffs?” Robbie Ray asked.
“I wanted to get a close look at the water.” Heather answered.
“Please don’t ever do that again because you scared half to death and I couldn’t bear if I lost you.” Robbie Ray said.
Heather smiles than walks over to where Lilly is.
“It’s time to go home Lilly.” Heather replied.
“Ok mom.” Lilly replied.
“I’ll be there in a few minutes.” Heather said.
Lilly nods her head than goes home. Jackson and Miley go home. Robbie Ray walks over to Heather than pulls into his embrace and kisses her with all the passion that he’s been locked up inside all day. A few minutes later they break apart than walk to their houses.
“I love you Heather.” Robbie Ray whispered.
Heather smiles.
“I love you too Robbie Ray.” Heather whispered back.
Heather goes inside her house than leans up against the door just as Lilly comes into the hallway.
“What’s wrong mom?” Lilly asked.
“Nothing Lilly except that I never been so happy in all my life.” Heather answered.
“Can I go over to Miley’s for the night?” Lilly asked.
“Yeah sure.” Heather answered.
Lilly gets her stuff than leaves. Miley and Lilly are watching a movie in the living room. Robbie Ray is watching it with them but he wishes that Heather was there. All of a sudden the doorbell rings. Robbie Ray gets to his feet than goes over to the door and opens to find Heather standing on the other side.
“What are you doing here?” Robbie Ray asked.
“It got lonely at home by myself and I don’t really like staying alone because it’s kind of creepy.” Heather answered.
Robbie Ray walks inside with Heather right behind him.
“Is there anyone reason why you are here?” Robbie Ray asked.
Heather nods her head.
“I missed you.” Heather answered in a whisper.
Robbie Ray smiles a little. A few hours later Miley is her room. Lilly is Miley’s room. They have two mattresses on the floor. Heather is the guest room. Miley and Lilly are sleeping soundly. Heather starts to miss Robbie Ray so she sneaks into his bedroom and shakes him. Robbie Ray opens than notices Heather in his room.
“What are you doing in here?” Robbie Ray asked.
“I missed you honey.” Heather answered.
“Well I missed you too darling.” Robbie Ray said.
Robbie Ray smiles a little than pulls Heather down beside him.
“Do you really think this is a good idea honey?” Heather asked.
“Yeah I do.” Robbie Ray answered as he starts kissing Heather passionately.
Heather gasps than pulls away.
“What do you think you’re doing?” Heather asked.
“I’m kissing the love of my life.” Robbie Ray answered.
“Those weren’t you normal kisses honey.” Heather said.
“Alright darling you go me they weren’t my normal kisses because the truth is the one thing that I want the most for my birthday is to make love to you.” Robbie Ray replied.
Heather smiles than gets to her feet than go shuts Robbie Ray’s bedroom door than goes over to his bed and lies down beside. Robbie Ray and Heather start kissing again. A few minutes later they are making out and kissing passionately. They stop around 2 in the morning than Heather goes back to the guest room and fall asleep dreaming of Robbie Ray. A few hours Miley and Lilly are downstairs watching cartoons when Heather is comes into the living.
“Good mornin’ mom.” Lilly said.
“Mornin’ Lilly. Heather replied.
“How was your sleep mom?” Lilly asked.
“It was the best night sleep I’ve had in a long time.” Heather answered.
Robbie Ray walks into living room on his way to the kitchen. A few hours later Heather and Lilly go home.

Chapter 7
Heather’s Birthday

The next few days of August fly by and than the first 23 of days of September fly by. Lilly is over at Miley’s house. They are sitting on the couch.
“I need your help Miley.” Lilly said.
“What do you need my help with?” Miley asked.
Robbie Ray is in the kitchen and he can hear everything.
“It is my mother’s 48th birthday on Friday but I have no idea what to get her.” Lilly answered.
“How about getting some kind of jewelry?” Miley asked.
“I got her a necklace for mother’s day.” Lilly answered.
“How about a new dress?” Miley asked.
“She’s got too many of those now.” Lilly answered.
“What about some perfume?” Miley asked.
“I can’t her that because she’s allergic to perfume.” Lilly answered.
“Who is her favorite singer?” Miley asked.
“The honky tonk heartthrob.” Lilly answered.
“You mean my dad?” Miley asked.
Lilly nods her head.
“Yeah that’s how I mean.” Lilly answered.
“I know the perfect gift for your mother now.” Miley said.
“What is it?” Lilly asked.
‘”You wait right here and I’ll go get it.” Miley answered.
Miley runs out the kitchen where her dad is.
“Do you have any more of your CDS of when you were the honky tonk heartthrob left?” Miley asked.
“Yes I do.” Robbie Ray answered.
“Could Lilly have one to give to her mother as a birthday present?” Miley asked.
“Yeah sure.” Robbie Ray answered.
Robbie Ray runs upstairs than comes back down with CD of his band than passes it Miley. Miley walks over to Lilly and passes her the CD. Robbie Ray walks over to the coat rack than takes his coat and goes to leave.
“Where are you going dad?” Miley asked.
“I’m going out for awhile bud.” Robbie Ray answered.
Robbie Ray walks to the Jewelry store. The lady in charge looks up.
“Hi there I’m Lynn Leland.” the lady in charge said.
Robbie Ray smiles.
“I’m Robbie Ray Stewart and I’m looking for a present for my girlfriend.” Robbie Ray replied.
“Do you know what you want to get her?” Lynn asked.
“I want to get her heart shaped locket with a heart shaped bracelet and heart shaped earrings.” Robbie Ray answered.
Lynn walks over to where to a special heart shaped jewelry display. Robbie Ray follows Lynn.
“When you find what you are looking for than let me know.” Lynn said.
Robbie Ray nods his head than starts looking at the heart-shaped jewelry display case. All of a sudden a ‘Diamond Fantasy' 10K Gold Heart Pendant catches Robbie Ray’s eyes.
“I found one thing.” Robbie Ray said.
Lynn walks over to the display case.
“What it is?” Lynn asked.
“It’s the ‘Diamond Fantasy’ 10K Gold Heart Pendent in the middle row.” Robbie Ray answered.
“Is that all you want to get her?” Lynn asked.
“No I’d like to look for a little while longer.” Robbie Ray answered.
“Are you trying to spoil her?” Lynn asked.
“Yes I am and I also want her to know just how much I love her.” Robbie Ray answered.
Lynn goes back to work just as man walks into the store. Lynn smiles when she sees him than goes over and hugs him.
“What are you doing here dear?” Lynn asked.
“I missed my wife.” The man answered.
Robbie Ray looks at them.
“Is he your husband?” Robbie Ray asked.
“Yeah he is and his name is Jesse.” Lynn answered.
Jesse stays for awhile than leaves. Lynn goes over to where Robbie Ray is.
“How good are you at keeping secrets?” Lynn asked.
“I’m the best at keeping secrets.” Robbie Ray answered.
“Well you see I’m an affair with Jesse’s best friend Colin.” Lynn said.
Robbie Ray’s eyes widen. All of a sudden Colin comes into the store than pulls Lynn close and kisses her. Robbie Ray just rolls his eyes than continues to look at the heart-shaped jewelry display. All of a sudden a 'Tuscany' 14K Gold 7 1/2" Bracelet and Diamond Heart Earrings in 18k White Gold catches Robbie Ray’s eyes. Robbie Ray clears his throat than Lynn and Colin stop kissing. Lynn walks over to where Robbie Ray is.
“What is it?” Lynn asked.
“I’d like to also get that 'Tuscany' 14K Gold 7 1/2" Bracelet and Diamond Heart Earrings in 18k White Gold that are in the row above where the pendent.” Robbie Ray answered.
Lynn takes them out than gets the pendent.
“Those will $200.” Lynn said.
Robbie Ray pays for the Heather’s gift than gets it put into a little bag home to his house. Lilly and Miley are still sitting on the couch.
“Have you two done anything since I left?” Robbie Ray asked.
“No we haven’t we’re bored.” Lilly answered.
“I just came up with an idea what we can do.” Miley said.
“What’s that?” Lilly asked.
Miley grins a little.
“We could play truth or dare.” Miley answered.
Robbie Ray sighs than rolls his eyes.
“Would you play dad if your girlfriend was here?” Miley asked.
“Oh I forgot to tell you that my girlfriend and I broke up Miles.” Robbie Ray answered.
Heather walks into the house at the moment. Heather’s eyes fill with tears than she runs off. Robbie Ray gasps and runs after.
“Heather Deen Truscott wait up darling.” Robbie Ray yelled.
Heather keeps on running so Robbie Ray runs faster than runs in front her and stops her. Heather tries get away from him but he keeps blocking her.
“I heard what you said.” Heather said.
“What do you mean?” Robbie Ray asked.
“I mean I heard you when you told Miley that you broke up with girlfriend and that means it’s over between us right.” Heather answered as she starts to leave.
Robbie Ray grabs Heather’s hand the pulls her into his embrace.
“No it’s not over because I never ever want to lose and I only said that so to stop Miley from asking a whole bunch of questions.” Robbie Ray said.
“I’m so sorry for jumping to collisions and I love you.” Heather replied.
Heather smiles than hugs Robbie Ray. The next two days pass and it’s the day of Heather’s birthday. Lilly stayed overnight. Robbie Ray sneaks down to the kitchen and makes a romantic breakfast for Heather than takes it across the street and up to her bedroom.
“Wake up darling.” Robbie Ray said.
Heather opens her eyes than looks at Robbie Ray.
“What’s all this?” Heather asked.
“It’s a special birthday breakfast.” Robbie Ray answered.
“How did you know that today is my birthday?” Heather asked.
“I heard Lilly telling Miley the other day.” Robbie Ray answered.
Heather eats the breakfast that Robbie Ray made. Heather gets dressed.
“Now what?” Heather asked.
“I’m taking you to movie than we are going out to eat.” Robbie Ray answered.
Heather smiles than leave for the movie than a few hours later it’s over so they go to Blue Tune Restaurant. A waiter comes over to them.
“How can I help you?” the waiter asked.
“You can start by telling us your name.” Heather answered.
“Oh sorry my name is Pierre McLean.” The waiter said.
“We would like a table for two.” Robbie Ray replied.
Pierre starts walking so Heather and Robbie Ray follow him.
“What would like to eat?” Pierre asked.
Robbie Ray looks at Heather.
“Maybe you should choose what you want because I don’t want repeat of what happen the last time we went out.” Robbie Ray said.
“What do you mean a repeat of last time?” Pierre asked.
Robbie Ray sighs.
“We went out a couple of years ago and let’s just say things didn’t go that well.” Robbie Ray answered.
“What’s different about now?” Pierre asked.
Heather smiles.
“It’s different now because we have realized just how much we love each other.” Heather answered.
“Do you have some special in your life?” Robbie Ray asked.
“No sadly I don’t anyone but I’m still looking.” Pierre answered.
“Did you decide what you want darling?” Robbie Ray asked.
“I want a plate of spaghetti honey.” Heather answered.
“What would you like to drink?” Pierre asked.
“I would like a chocolate milkshake with two straws.” Robbie Ray answered.
Heather just smiles than suddenly she spots her ex-husband with his new wife. Heather lets out a long sigh.
“I really didn’t want to see him today.” Heather said.
“Who are you talking about?” Robbie Ray asked.
“I’m talking about Lilly’s father because he’s here with his new wife.” Heather answered.
“Well you better not try anything funny or he will have me to deal with.” Robbie Ray said.
Heather’s ex spots her than walks over. Heather rolls her eyes.
“Hi Sam.” Heather replied.
“How you been?” Sam asked.
“I’ve been just fine.” Heather answered.
A lady walks over to them.
“Who is this dear?” the lady asked.
“This is my ex-wife Heather Truscott.” Sam answered.
“Hi I’m his new wife Brianna.” The lady said.
“It’s nice to meet you.” Heather replied.
Sam suddenly notices Robbie Ray.
“What are you doing here Robbie Ray Stewart?” Sam asked.
Heather looks at Robbie Ray.
“We’re on a date if you must know.” Robbie Ray answered.
“You’re dating Lilly’s best friend’s father?” Sam asked.
Heather sighs.
“Yes I am and I love him with all my heart.” Heather answered.
Brianna looks at Sam.
“Who’s Lilly?” Brianna asked.
“Lilly is mine and Heather’s 16 year old daughter.” Sam answered.
Sam and Brianna leave. Pierre comes back with Heather and Robbie Ray’s food. They eat their food than Robbie Ray pays for it than leave the restaurant.
“Did you get me a present?” Heather asked.
“Yes I did darling.” Robbie Ray answered as he passes her the gift bag with the jewelry in it.
Heather opens the gift bag than her eyes widen in shock and she faints. Robbie Ray catches Heather in his arms. A few minutes later Heather opens her eyes and hugs Robbie Ray.
“I love it just like I love you Robert Ray.” Heather said.
Robbie Ray puts the jewelry on Heather than he bought for her than they walk home. Robbie Ray kisses Heather goodbye. Heather walks to her house and opens the door. Lilly is sitting on the living room.
“Where did you go mom?” Lilly asked.
“I went on birthday date with my boyfriend.” Heather answered.
“When are you going to tell me who your boyfriend is?” Lilly asked.
“I will tell very soon I promise.” Heather answered.
Lilly notices the pendent, bracelet and earrings that her mother is wearing.
“Why did you get the jewelry?” Lilly asked.
“My boyfriend gave to me for my birthday.” Heather answered.
“Wow he sure has good taste.” Lilly said.
Lilly takes out her present and gives it to her mother. Heather opens it than her eyes widen in shock.
“How did you get this?” Heather asked.
“Miley gave it to me.” Lilly answered.
“Where did Miley get this?” Heather asked.
“From her father.” Lilly answered.
“Where did he get it?” Heather asked.
“He’s never told you that he’s the honky tonk heartthrob.” Lilly answered.
“Robbie Ray? Are you serious?” Heather asked.
“Yes I am mother.” Lilly answered.
“I knew his voice when he sang sounded familiar from somewhere.” Heather said.
“Well now you know mom.” Lilly replied as she went up to bed.
Heather smiles.
“Wow this only makes me love him even more.” Heather said.
Heather goes to sleep and dreams of her honky tonk heartthrob.

Chapter 8
Heather Finds Out She's Pregnant

It's been a month since Heather's birthday. Heather woke up and went to the bathroom. Heather threw up. Lilly heard her mother throwing up and goes into the bathroom.
"Are you alright mom?" Lilly asked.
"No, Lilly I'm not." Heather answered.
Heather got her jacket and went to the doctor's office. The receptionist looked up when Heather walked in.
"Can I help you miss?" The receptionist asked.
"I haven't been feeling that great lately.' Heather answered.
"What's your name?" The receptionist asked.
"My name is Heather Deen Truscott." Heather answered.
The receptionist gets a Dr. Cadogan. Dr. Cadogan check out Heather.
"Congratulations Miss Truscott you're pregnant." Dr. Cadogan said.
Heather gasped. Heather walked to Miley's place and knocked on the door. Jackson opened the door.
"What can I help you with?" Jackson asked.
"I need to see your father right away so tell him to meet at the loneliest part of the beach in 5 minutes." Heather answered.
Jackson nodded his head. Heather walked to the loneliest part of the beach to wait for Robbie Ray. Robbie Ray walked into the living room.
"Who was at the door?" Robbie Ray asked.
"It was Lilly's mother and told me to tell you to meet at the loneliest part of the beach in 5 minutes." Jackson answered.
Robbie Ray smiled than ran up to his room and got a small box out of his sock drawer. Robbie Ray put the box into his jean's pocket than went to the loneliest part of the beach. Heather walked over and hugged him.
"Robbie Ray, there's something I need to tell you." Heather said.
"I'm listening darling." Robbie Ray replied.
"Do you remember night of your birthday?" Heather asked.
"Yes, I do because it's the best night of my life." Robbie Ray answered.
"Robbie Ray, something happened that night." Heather said.
"Like what?" Robbie Ray asked.
Heather took a deep breath.
"I'm pregnant." Heather answered.
Robbie Ray smiled than pulled Heather into his arms and kissed her.
"This is so wonderful because the love of my life is pregnant with my child." Robbie Ray said.
"Yes, I know but that means that our children are going to figure it out when I start showing." Heather said.
Robbie Ray took the box of his jean's pocket and knelt on the ground in front of Heather. Heather gasped. Robbie Ray opened the ring to reveal a dazzling 20kt gold diamond ring.
"Will you marry me Heather Deen Truscott?" Robbie Ray asked.
"Yes, I'll marry Robbie Ray Stewart." Heather answered.
Robbie Ray got to his feet than pulled Heather into his arms slipping the ring onto her finger. They stay like for awhile than they go home to their houses. Miley and Jackson are the living room.
"Where did you go?" Miley asked.
"I went to beach to see the love of my life." Robbie Ray answered.
Robbie Ray sighed happily.
"Where are you so happy dad?" Jackson asked.
"I asked the love of my life to marry me and she said yes." Robbie Ray answered.
"That's great dad and it's about time we get a new mom." Jackson said.
Miley ran outside. Miley picked up a guitar and started to play "I Miss You".

Robbie Ray walked outside and sat down next to Miley.
"That's a beautiful song, honey. (pause; Miley puts aside her guitar) I like coming out here a night. It's a good place to try and figure things out. (pause) Maybe we could figure things out together..."
Miley didn't say anything for awhile.
"How could asked her to marry you?" Miley asked.
"I guess, I was hoping to tell you at just the right time, and just the right way, so you'd understand, and not end up out here on the deck all alone. (sighs) I guess there was no right time, was there?" Robbie Ray asked.
"I just can't picture you with anyone else but mom." Miley answered.
Miley goes and leaned on the railing at the edge of the deck, and Robbie Ray followed her.
"Neither can I. What she and I had was special, and...I can't replace that." Robbie Ray said.
"Why did you ask her to marry you than?" Miley asked.
"Because life goes on and, we gotta' try and figure out some way to go on with it. (pause) Don't you think your mom would've wanted that for us?" Robbie Ray asked.
"Yeah...I guess she would've. She was pretty smart that way. I really miss her, daddy." Miley answered.
"I miss her too, bud." Robbie Ray said.
"Is anyone reason why you asked her marry you?" Miley asked.
"She told me early that she's pregnant with my child and I don't want the baby to born out of wedlock because it's not right." Robbie Ray answered.
"She's pregnant? Am I going to have another sibling?" Miley asked.
"Yes, you are and in fact you're to have two." Robbie Ray answered.
"How is that possible?" Miley asked.
"She's had a child already." Robbie Ray answered.
The two of them share a father-daughter hug. A few hours later Robbie Ray is bed dreaming about Heather and Heather is dreaming about Robbie Ray.
