Chapter 1
Just A Handyman

Piper is sitting on the couch in the living with her head buried in her hands and she is crying uncontrollably. Prue walked into the living room, she noticed Piper and ran over to comfort her.
“What happened Piper?” Prue asked.
“Elijah broke up with me.” Piper answered between sobbed.
“I’m so sorry to hear that Piper.” Prue said.
“Why do I always get dumped Prue?” Piper asked.
“I don’t know Piper.” Prue answered.
Phoebe walked into the living room smiling.
“What are you smiling about?” Piper asked.
“The new handyman showed up and he’s really, really hot” Phoebe answered.
“Pheebs, there’s more to life than hot guys.” Prue said.
Piper shook her head and walked up to her room. Phoebe looked at Prue.
“What’s wrong Piper?” Phoebe asked.
“Piper got dumped again.” Prue answered.
“I’m not surprised because Elijah was too good for her anyway.” Phoebe said.
The handyman walked in.
“What needs fixing?” the handyman asks.
“The back door keeps sticking.” Prue answered.
Phoebe looked at the handyman.
“What’s your name anyway?” Phoebe asked
“My name is Leonardo Wyatt but I prefer to be call Leo.” the handyman answered.
“I’m Prue Halliwell, this is my sister Phoebe Halliwell and my middle sister is upstairs in her room.” Prue said.
Leo smiled.
“Wow not only is hot but he’s got a cute smile.” Phoebe thought herself.
“What is your other sister’s name?” Leo asked.
“My other sister’s name is Piper Halliwell.” Prue answered.
Piper appeared and looked at Leo.
“Who are you?” Piper asks.
“I’m your new handyman Leonardo Wyatt but please call me Leo.” Leo answered.
“It’s nice to meet you Leo.” Piper said.
“The pleasure is all mine and you’re Piper right.” Leo replied.
Piper nodded her head.
“Yeah I’m Piper.” Piper said.
“Well I should go fix the back door so see you later girls.” Leo replied.
Leo walked outside to fix the back door. Piper sat on the couch and let a long sigh. Prue walked over and sat next to Piper.
“What’s wrong now Piper?” Prue asked.
“Prue, I just want someone who’s not going to break up with me but I’m starting to believe that’s not going to happen.” Piper answered.
“Why did Elijah break up with you anyway?” Prue asked.
“Elijah, found out that I’m a witch and said that he never wanted to see me ever again.” Piper answered.
“Whoa that’s harsh Piper.” Prue said.
“Yeah I know and I tried to tell him that I’m good witch but he just won’t listen.” Piper replied.
Prue hugged Piper. Leo appeared. Piper walkedut to the kitchen.
“Does anyone want coffee?” Piper asked
“I’ll have one Piper. Prue answered
“What about Leo?” Piper asked
“Yeah I’ll have one too. Leo answered
Piper smileda little.
“How do you like your coffee Leo?” Piper asked
“I just like it with milk no sugar. Leo answered
“Alright that can be arranged. Piper said
Leo and Prue walk out to the kitchen. They sat the table.
Phoebe walked in.
“Can I have some coffee?” Phoebe asked.
“Yeah I guess so Pheebs.” Piper answered.
“When do you have to at work Piper?” Prue asked.
“I’ve got a couple of hours before I have be at work.” Piper answered.
“Where do you work Piper?” Leo asked.
“I work at the Quake.” Piper answered.
“Well I’ll have to check this place out sometime.” Leo said.
Piper smiled.
Piper walked over the stove and poured four cups of coffee. Piper sat a cup of coffee in front of Leo and her sisters.
Leo took a sip of the coffee.
“Is there anything to go with coffee?” Phoebe asked.
“There are some cookies Pheebs.” Piper answered.
Piper sat the cookie jar on the table and than sat down across from Leo.
Leo opened the cookie jar and looked inside.
“Are you waiting for the cookies to jump out and bite you?” Phoebe asked.
“No, I’m not I just wanted to see what kind they were.” Leo answered.
“Do you like chocolate chip cookies Leo?” Piper asked.
“Yeah I do Piper.” Leo answered.
Leo reached into the cookie jar and took a cookie out than he took a bite.
“What do you think of them?” Piper asked.
“They are really good.” Leo answered.
“Well I hope so because I made them.” Piper said.
Leo looked at the rest of the cookie in shock. Phoebe waved her in front of Leo’s face.
“Earth to Leo.” Phoebe yelled.
“Oh sorry Phoebe I just got a little surprise that your sister made this delicious cookies.” Leo said.
Piper smiled at Leo and Leo smiled back. Phoebe glared at Piper.
“What’s your problem Pheebs?” Piper asked.
“It’s nothing Piper.” Phoebe answered.
Phoebe took her cup of coffee and walked outside with it.
“I somehow don’t believe Phoebe.” Prue said.
“Yeah me either Prue.” Piper replied.
Leo grinned.
“What it is Leo?” Prue asked.
“I think I have an idea what’s wrong with Phoebe.” Leo answered.
All of sudden Leo heard the elders calling him and he let a long sigh.
“What’s wrong Leo?” Piper asked.
“I have to go but I’ll back soon.” Leo answered.
Leo walked into the hallway and orbs up to heaven.
Odin, Mariah, Shamus, Diana, Mark and Shia are waiting for Leo.
“What did you call me here?” Leo asked.
“We saw how you were flirting with Piper and you know the rules.” Odin answered.
“I just think the rules are stupid.” Leo said.
“Do you want to keep your powers?” Odin asked.
“Yeah I do.” Leo answered.
“Well than stop flirting with Piper and don’t fall in love with her.” Odin yelled.
Leo shook his head and orbed back to the manor.
“These rules are so silly, rules are made to be broken so they can take my powers all they want because I’m not going following the rules and I’ve never followed any rules.” Leo thought to himself.
Leo walked inside but the girls are nowhere to be found so he sits on the couch. Prue walked into the living room.
“When did you get back?” Prue asked.
“Just now.” Leo answered.
“Oh I was just wondering.” Prue said.
Phoebe appeared. Leo looked around.
“Where’s Piper?” Leo asks.
“Piper went to work.” Prue answered.
Leo smiled a little, he got up and walked to the Quake.
Piper walked over to Leo.
“What are you doing here Leo?” Piper asked.
“I told that I was going to check this place out sometime.” Leo answered.
Piper smiled and walked off to finish with her work.

Chapter 2
Aggressive Customer

A guy walked over to Piper.
“Hi, there cutie.” the guys said.
“What do you want?” Piper asked.
“I want to know if you’d like to go out with me after you finish working.” the guys answered.
“I’m sorry but I don’t with guys who don’t tell me their names.” Piper replied.
“My name is Calvin Armstrong." the guy said.
"I’m Piper Halliwell.” Piper replied.
“Will you go out with now that you know my name?” Calvin asked.
“No, I don’t think so.” Piper answered.
Calvin grabs Piper.
“Piper, I won’t take no for an answer.” Calvin said.
“Help someone please.” Piper yelled.
“There’s nobody here that can help you Piper because I’ll beat them up.” Calvin said.
Leo ran over and punched Calvin in the back. Calvin fell to the ground. Leo grinned. Calvin jumped up and kicked Leo in the face.
Leo punched Calvin in the stomach. Calvin growled and pushed Leo to the ground. Leo got right back up and threw Calvin into a wall.
“I want to stay from Piper.” Leo yelled.
Calvin started to screaming and ran out of the Quake.
“Why did you do that Leo?” Piper asked.
“I knew that if I didn’t do something that guy would’ve hurt you.” Leo answered.
“That’s sweet Leo but I can take care of myself.” Piper said.
Leo shook his head.
“I was just trying to help Piper.” Leo replied.
“Well I don’t need your help.” Piper yelled.
Leo got up and walked back to the manor.
“Where did you go Leo?” Phoebe asked.
“I want to the Quake.” Leo answers.
“Why did you go there?” Prue asked.
“I just wanted to check out the place where Piper works.” Leo answered.
“What did you think of it?” Prue asked.
“It’s cool place to hang.” Leo answered.
Piper walked through the door, she gave Leo an evil glare and ran upstairs to her bedroom.
“What was that all about?” Phoebe asked.
“This guy came onto to Piper so I got into a fight with him and than she got mad at me because I stood up for her.” Leo answered.
“If it was me Leo I’d be grateful to you.” Phoebe said.
Leo mumbled something under his breath and walked outside.
Piper walked into the living room.
“What did Leo go?” Piper asked.
Phoebe shook her head.
“Leo went outside a few minutes ago after mumbling something under his breath.” Prue answered.
Piper walked outside to find Leo.
“Where are you Leo?” Piper asked in a yell.
Leo appeared next to Piper.
“I’m here Piper.” Leo answered.
“Leo, please don’t sneak up on me like that.” Piper said.
“I’m sorry Piper.” Leo replied.
“Yeah, Yeah I know but that’s not reason that I wanted to talk you.” Piper said.
“What’s the reason Piper?” Leo asked.
“I’m sorry for the way I acted early at the Quake.” Piper answered.
“It’s alright Piper.” Leo said.
Leo walked off to find something to fix. Piper followed Leo.
“Leo, wait up.” Piper yelled.
Leo spun around.
“Why are you following me Piper?” Leo asked.
“I just wanted to know if you had somewhere to stay.” Piper answered.
“No, I don’t Piper.” Leo said with a smile.
“Well I don’t think my sisters would mind if you stay with us and you can sleep on the couch in living room.” Piper said.
Leo smiled at Piper. Piper walked into the manor with Leo right behind her.

Chapter 3
A Bit Of Sibling Rivarly

It’s a few days later now. Piper is sitting on the couch in the living room looking throw a magazine when Leo walkrf in from outside.
“How are you Piper?” Leo askrf.
“I’m doing just fine Leo.” Piper answered.
Leo walkrf over and ssy on the couch next to Piper. Piper lookrf at Leo.
“What are you reading?” Leo asked.
“It’s nothing Leo.” Piper answered.
“Well I just see about that.” Leo said.
Leo grabbed the magazine from Piper.
“Leo give it back to me.” Piper yelled.
“I’m not sure I want to give it back just yet.” Leo said.
Leo ran outside with the magazine. Piper ran outside after Leo and tackled him to ground. Leo just grinned from ear to ear.
“If you want up Leo Wyatt than give back my magazine.” Piper yelled.
Leo shook his head.
“I’m quite comfortable.” Leo says with a smile.
Phoebe walked outside to get the laundry.
“What are you doing Piper?” Phoebe asked.
“Leo stole my magazine and he won’t give it back.” Piper answered.
Phoebe shook her head and walked back inside.
Leo heard to elders calling him.
“Piper, you have to let me up because I have to go to the bathroom.” Leo lied.
“Alright Leo you’re free to go.” Piper said.
Piper got off Leo. Leo smiled and kissed* Piper on the forehead.
Piper walked inside. Leo orbed up to the heaven.
“Leo Wyatt, we’ve already told you stop flirting with Piper Halliwell because it’s against the rules to fall in love with one of your charges.” Odin yelled.
Leo glared at Odin.
“I don’t have to take this.” Leo screamed.
Leo orbed back to the manor. Phoebe appeared.
“Hi, Leo.” Phoebe said.
“How are you Phoebe?” Leo asked.
Phoebe flashed a cute smile.
“I’m fine Leo.” Phoebe answered.
Phoebe walked over to Leo and looked up at him
Piper walked outside and seen Phoebe flirting with Leo.
“Pheebs, step away from Leo.” Piper yelled.
“Why should I?” Phoebe asks.
“B...b...beacau...I...I...j...Just step away from him Phoebe I mean, what will your boyfriend say.” Piper yelled.
Piper and Leo’s eyes lock. They smile a secret smile to each other.
Phoebe shook her head and walked back inside.
Leo walked over to Piper.
“Wow, Piper you’re just one of kind aren’t you.” Leo said.
Piper blushes a bright red.
Leo smiles.
“I like your smile Leo.” Piper said blushing even more.
“Thanks Piper and you have beautiful eyes.” Leo replied.
